Hope Animal Hospital Reviews
I took my kitten for a full body check up. This is my first time experiencing vet hospital and the service was incredible. The very first checkup for pets was free with no cost. Even my kitten loved that place.Prior to our leaving, the provided a lot of goodies for my cat. Will definitely visit there soon
May 22, 2025 · Sanjida PritiI’m a new owner of cat just adopted from shelter. I had good experience with my first vet visit with them. I wasn’t sure how it will be and worried before, but Dr. Shang lee was well explained and advised me many things. Also they called me to check how my cat doing after. I was appreciated and felt supported. My baby, he is doing well. Thank you.
May 24, 2025 · Nao YCanceled my appointment after being put on hold for 30 minutes. Don't waste my time if you can't get back to me in 10-15 minute then just say so and request a call back number from me. Plus this is an abysmal rating for a vet office
Jun 23, 2025 · Walt JAweful customer service. This VET has a vulture model of luring ASPCA foster parents for free check ups and then sneak $500 bills on. DO NOT fall prey to these Animals.
May 15, 2025 · Shan RaoufiUnfortunately feel the need to share this story for others to get a full picture since we’re the only advocates for our pets. I took my dog in for an annual check up at the end of August. She was given a clean bill of health. Unfortunately, I had to put her down less than a month later since they’d missed signs of cancer that I trusted them to catch. After a trip to the emergency vet following scary and sudden deterioration in my dog’s health, I took my dog back to Hope and described her serious symptoms. Rather than taking me seriously, they charged me $900 for bloodwork and medicine that I knew would not work. It did not, and less than 24 hours later, I got a call that confirmed exactly what I thought, and I had to put her down. Not only that, but at her euthanasia appointment, their final act was misplacing her catheter, which popped while the vet was administering the euthanasia drugs and meant they had to start the process over with a new catheter. What a horrific, traumatizing experience and last few moments with my beloved pet. I see it each time I close my eyes. Pet owners are the only advocates for our pets, and unfortunately this clinic treats us like customers rather than patients. I’m sharing my story so that those who want the best care for their animals have ALL the information before they make a decision about where to get their care.
