The use of advanced equipment like the water treadmill, which is not commonly available at all clinics, provides a safe and effective way to build strength and muscle mass without putting excessive strain on joints.

Reviews consistently highlight the communicative and reasonable approach of the team, who work collaboratively with pet parents. This partnership is crucial for a successful recovery journey. The fact that dogs themselves get excited to go to the clinic speaks volumes about the caring and fun environment the staff creates. This bond formed with the animals is invaluable, as a dog that enjoys its therapy sessions is more likely to cooperate and benefit from the treatments. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1After my 12-year-old dog underwent back surgery, I was unsure about the road to recovery, but I’m beyond grateful that we found Canine Rehab of NY. The treatments worked wonders on my dog’s mobility and strength, and it was incredible to watch him go from being barely able to walk after surgery to moving confidently again. The water treadmill, in particular, was so beneficial and so much fun! After a couple of sessions, my dog would get excited every time we arrived :) I cannot recommend this rehab enough. Thank you Canine Rehab of NY for the bond formed and the quality time that we’ve gained with our Toquinho.
January 25 · Daniela BenitesWe had a great experience with Canine Rehab of New York and I know Dotty loved it too because she would pull me there on walks even when we didn't have an appointment. I found the staff to very communicative and reasonable about our approach to Dotty's recovery and we absolutely saw improvements in Dotty from her time there. I would absolutely recommend if you're looking for a rehab solution for your pet.
July 15 · Joselyn MujicaMy wife and I love this place! My pup has been coming here for years and has shown so much improvement working with them; she's almost 10 years old and is like a puppy again. Robin, Olga, and Gabby are so kind, communicative, and care so much about the dogs they work with. We can't imagine going anywhere else.
April 30 · Bobby MeyersI had great trepidation about sending my dog for rehab to strengthen his legs post Lateral Suture surgery for a CCL tear. I only wish I had taken my dog sooner. Dr. Brown and Olga's evaluation was incredibly thorough. Their recommendation was conservative vs. other specialists I'd seen. Within 4 rehab sessions with Olga and her team I saw great improvement in my dogs gait and strength. They are true pro's and the practice is very easy to work with. I can't recommend them enough!
February 26 · Sue KatzenEveryone at canine rehab took great care of my dog Maggie and got her back to running and playing after a major back surgery. Maggie loved her sessions so much!
