★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Called the office told them what was going on with my little girl sassy on a Saturday they got her in and started treatment. I will get to pick up her today. They have an amazing team there. I would like to say thank you to the receptionist she was amazing. Thank you to this team.
June 23 · Kristina EdwardsI love carter County Vet, and I would generally give you a five star rating. But I am your customer and when I come in and tell you that one of my fur babies is dying and you tell me to come back tomorrow, and I tell you that it will be gone by then, And you demonstrate no compassion whatsoever, you deserve less than a four star review.I understand that it’s an inconvenience, and that people want to go home and be with their families, but a little compassion would go along way! I’ve always found Dr. Wilson to be a very compassionate man when it comes to all of my fur babies. You girls in the front of the house should demonstrate some of that compassion as well!
March 27 · Mary BerntThe BEST veterinarian clinic hands down! Everyone you encounter is SO kind and compassionate. You can tell they truly care about their patients and love animals. We take all five of our fur babies here for their medical needs. They have helped us through everything from check-ups, major procedures and even euthanasia.. I cannot thank the Dr.s and clinic staff enough for everything they do! Bob wasn’t excited for his vaccines today, but Dr. Wilson and the girls made the appointment much more tolerable for my anxious boy. :)
February 28 · Ashley SwintDec 2022 edit: five stars doesn’t do this veterinary clinic justice. In early 2021 my pup was diagnosed with cancer, and her oncologist was a 3.5 hour drive (each way). Dr. Wilson and his staff went above and beyond to care for my Lily in-between her oncology appointments. They played a large role in giving Lily a great quality of life in her final months. Dr. Wilson was there for us from Lily’s first appointment as a puppy to the day I had to let her go 13.5+ years later. It meant so much to me to see that she wasn’t afraid at the end.Special shoutout to Julia, I’ll start ugly crying again if I get into it but honest to god the compassion these people have is unmatched. I am forever grateful. And I stand behind my original review, no veterinary clinic in the entire DFW area could compare. The 2 hour drive to this clinic was absolutely worth it.
December 22 · Caroline EliHighly recommended them, been taking my dog to see them for almost a year and a half. It's been almost 2 weeks since I had to put my best friend down. It was the hardest thing I've ever had to do, but he's no longer in pain. Ty to Dr Cade Wilson and staff for everything.
