★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I just dropped my cat, Lily off for grooming. They do a fantastic job and take good care of her. She also had a vet check and got a thumbs up across the board. She was a pretty sick kitty the lastcheck in. Dr. Reesor and staff are very caring. Lily actually seems to like going there.
April 25 · Sandra HorvathC. K and I love and trust the Cat Care Clinic Family. They have cared for him every year since He was a kitten 14 years ago ,
September 14 · The CatfatherMy first visit. They did a good job grooming my cat, even though the person checking us in wasn't to happy when she couldn't find the appointment. I will bring my cat back 😁.
December 25 · Deborah Keeler (RadTech15!)I don't mind the vet and technician on staff. They are very knowledgeable about cats and the technician is extremely good at delicately handling them.I can't stand the front desk lady... I hate calling in because I know she's going to be rude over the phone. I requested my vet records because I've moved and the only options are fax or snail mail... I don't have a fax because its 2023 and I still haven't received them in the mail 9 days later.Edit 6 months later, I never actually got the records in the mail. I requested them several times.
March 26 · Kaleb BeelenI wish I could've given no stars, honestly. It's taken me 6 years to write this. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I feel like I need to warn others.I took both of my previous cats to this clinic for 6 years. The people who worked there were nice enough to me, but they really handled my cats roughly. I had the sweetest kitties, and they didn't deserve to be treated the way they were. One of my cats just liked to make a lot of noise when I took him in there. He was all drama, but he never hurt anyone or anything. I'm sure people in these clinics hear this a lot, and they've come to regret it a time or two, but I would've been more than happy to hold him myself while they gave shots or trimmed nails. That was never an option. Instead, they made the situation worse by throwing a towel over him, making him more upset. Everything about the way they worked with these two was just unsettling. The absolute worst part of the whole thing, though was with my other kitty. I can't even begin to say how many times I took him in over the years because he started throwing up excessively. He vomited regularly, but every six months or so, he would start throwing up and wouldn't stop. I'd take him in, the doctor would run blood tests (the same one every single time), tell me his numbers were off but that was probably just because he wasn't feeling well. She would give him fluids. I would ask about his stomach feeling hard, and she would say it was probably because he needed to go to the bathroom. This whole thing happened over and over. The last time I took him in was on a Saturday morning. He was acting off at home, standing in a corner and not responding to me. This cat would've surgically attached himself to me if he could've, so not responding was a huge red flag. Plus, he started puking again. I took him in, and she ran the same tests, said the same nonsense as before about the results and about his rock hard stomach. She wasn't concerned in the slightest. They gave him some fluids and sent him on his way.About 8 that evening, I took him to the emergency vet because it still just felt off. They took his situation seriously there and ran tests and took x-rays. She never once took an x-ray. They saw that he had a blockage, that unfortunately, without surgery, they wouldn't be able to know what it was precisely. Cancer was suspected, and I'm certain to this day that's what killed my boy. He was so weak by this point and had a heart murmur. He wouldn't have made it out of surgery.I took him home to have one more night with him. He was gone by 11:45 the next morning.I was devastated. I'm still devastated, and I'm still angry with this office. The name "Cat Care Clinic" made me think that, if they knew anything about animals, they were going to be experts in cats. I should've listened to a co-worker who told me to stay away from there. Her reasoning was because it was expensive, which it is. And they killed my cat!I immediately removed my other kitty from there. He received the best care ever from another local office until he eventually passed away. My current vet is well educated, thorough, and there's no ego there. If she isn't capable of doing a test or procedure, she will gladly recommend a place, local or elsewhere, that can help. The staff at the new place was so wonderful with my previous boy and is with my two current kitties. I will never go anywhere else. I most definitely will never take my animals back to the CCC.
