★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Really appreciated Dr. Trottens expertise on our goat. He took time with the exam to make sure we weren’t missing anything and explained what we should be planning to do moving forward. The rest of the staff were very friendly as well. Definitely worth the drive.
July 03 · Amber L.My husband stopped here on Thursday because our baby boy Milo was showing signs that he may be dying. He died just a few minutes after walking in the door. Our daughter’s high school graduation was in Houston and we were traveling from Fort Worth. The people at this hospital kept our baby boy for us so we could continue to her graduation. Then on our way home Saturday, they came up when they were closed to release our baby boy to us so we could take him home and bury him. I’m forever grateful for the kindness you all showed us. Milo was part of our family and you showed compassion and kindness during the worst time of grief for us. Thank you so much. We will never forget you all. He is buried now at home so he will always be close to his family. ❤️
June 08 · Renae JohnsonVery professional, down-to-earth, capable, kind and compassionate… Such a comfort to have a great vet and clinic staff to come alongside our family and help us with all our various pets and livestock from births to deaths and everything in between… thank you!
February 07 · HelenaThis place has been a saving grace for so many of my pets ( 😁 we have 11). I have total piece of mind knowing this is my vet. The staff is nice, helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. They have helped us out after hours in an emergency and I couldn't be more thankful. And a bonus which is so important is that they are so clean. You can't say that about the other vets in the area. If you have a vet switch, if you don't- go here!
April 16 · V KuehnI couldn't be more impressed!I have a local vet with a highly reputable mobile clinic, and she is truly the best. However, she is only available to see my cats on Thursdays, which limits my options. My cat Caleb, along with his mother, Tiger, is usually seen by our mobile vet, Dr. Amy.A few days ago, Caleb returned home after one of his usual adventures—he often roams, likely exploring and mating with other cats. He’s an unneutered orange tabby. This time, though, he came back with a severe limp in his back right leg and had torn tissue and blood on his back. I suspected he had been in a fight with another cat or dog, but I wasn’t sure. With Dr. Amy unavailable, I started searching for other vet options. After reading glowing reviews for Madisonville Veterinary Hospital, I called to see if they could see Caleb that same day. Unfortunately, they had no openings but could schedule him for the following Wednesday. I was concerned about the delay and how it would affect my work schedule, but I decided to give them a chance.I HIGHLY recommend them! Wow!Not only does this clinic accept CareCredit, but their staff is also among the most professional and compassionate people I’ve encountered. Dr. Jennifer Sullivan and her vet tech were incredibly personable, empathetic, and attentive. They listened carefully, addressed my concerns directly, and saw Caleb quickly during our appointment. To top it all off, I received a follow-up call today checking on Caleb’s condition—such a thoughtful touch!Just WOW! Thank you all so much! I’m already referring my brother and grandfather to bring in Caleb’s mother, Tiger, as well as our three Schnauzer and Schnoodle terriers.😁👍👏👏👏❤️
