Everyone was super nice and very forthcoming about info on their available pets. They also have amazing follow up care should your pet get sick in the first two weeks of adoption and amazingly affordable ongoing care if you live close enough to stay with their vets. Also they do a follow up call to see how your pet is doing, which imo shows they care. I may be a bit biased, as we are just over two weeks into a perfect adoption of a two year old pup, but a lot of their pups I saw are as sweet and ready to go home as our girl…
Mar 26, 2025 · Daniel MitchellEveryone at this facility was very kind and compassionate. Luke went out of his way to assist me and was very patient, understanding and supportive. The staff exhausted all options to make sure my cat was given the absolute best care. I’m happy to say he’s doing much better I am so thankful for all of you!
Jun 26, 2025 · Danielle SimmonsExtremely frustrating situation. I had not previously been to the vet clinic and utilized google maps for directions. The location is clearly marked on google as the door at the top of the ramp on the side of the building next to the huge sign. I parked in a labeled vet spot and took my dog in the pouring rain up to the door - it was dark inside and no one answered. Called the phone number and got a call center. They said they would transfer me to the office but the call bounced back to the call center. I explained I was concerned because it was now after my appointment time. The call center said they had noted I was there on time and not to worry, I would be seen. They said they would call the office again. Finally they came back and said that the office was closed and I should wait in my car for 30min for it to open. After 20 minutes I called again and a different call center person suggested I walk around the building (in the rain) and see if there was another door. At the other end of the parking lot, around the corner was the “main entrance” with no sign visible from the street. I dragged my dog in and was told I was late and my dog couldn’t be seen. I was so frustrated and none of the 4 ladies at the desk tried to help me solve the problem or showed any sympathy to me or my dog. If anyone had answered the desk phone at any point in the previous 30 minutes they could have just told me I was at the wrong door. I have never had such a horrible experience at a vet. I hope my picture will allow people to find the door.Update - only after my husband emailed every member of the board did we get any response, after trying to call for several days and leaving messages. Mike said the deposit refund would be sent as a check but has not been received, no I am not satisfied.
