Malvern Veterinary Hospital Reviews
The vibes are uncomfortable. They never ever see you at the time you’re supposed to be seen. It’s around a 25 minute wait. They also don’t see the dogs in order of arrival even when you have the same appointment time (which really gets to you after you’ve been sitting there for so long). The front desk people aren’t usually very nice. The doctors do an adequate job but aren’t very proactive in helping solve issues. The doctors are very nice though. The place is too small to be scheduling as many dogs at a time as they are.
Jul 03, 2025 · Kara ManoffThe BEST vet. They provide such amazing care for our golden, Benny, and it truly shows every visit. We especially LOVE Allison - she is truly the best nurse and always is so supportive. Thank you for everything!!!
Mar 28, 2025 · erika cracchioloI cannot express how AMAZING this entire group is! I brought my 110+ lb St. Bernard rescue dog (who came with zero backstory) for his initial check and EVERYONE, Dr. Capuzzi, and the nurses, and the staff... EVERYONE was beyond my expectations. So kind. So considerate. So patient. So informative. They allowed us the space needed (for a rescue dog) and the time (for a 110+ lb dog) And the entire crew was just fantastic. Plus, my appointment was 6p. So I knew they were tired and the last they needed was an anxious Slobber Bob if a dog. Malvern Vet, I can't thank you enough for everything!
Jun 20, 2023 · Emily BrandenbergerMy first time here. Brought my 9 week old puppy in. The staff was so kind. Dr Hyduk came out introduced himself. Dr Lefavour was excellent with my frightened puppy. Had her tail waging almost immediately.
Jan 09, 2024 · Ron KingDr. Hyduke and his staff are wonderful. He has been caring for our yorkie and bearded dragon for years. I would not trust anyone else. I never feel rushed. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very caring. If I could give ten stars I would. Thank you for the outstanding service. Rocky
