VCA County Veterinary Hospital Reviews
I can't say enough kind words about the doctors and staff at VCA Princeton. Dr miller has a heart of gold, is incredibly compassionate, informative, and caring. She went above and beyond caring for my cat Cheddy whom we ultimately had to say goodbye to due to irreversible HCM. This emergency visit was my first impression of this office and I was very impressed. Texting to ask questions during the stressful moments and give updates to the Dr/staff is so easy and helpful too! I've brought my cat Jasper in as well who was newly diagnosed with Diabetes. Dr. Miller walked me through every step of glucose testing, insulin administration and recommended diabetic safe foods. Mary is such a sweetheart and always makes me feel comfortable; even my difficult cat loves her! Lisa and Brittany at the front desk are wonderful and always greet me with a big smile. Lisa is so sweet and funny; she remembers my pets every time I call the office. Dr Sylvia is great too and was very direct and informative about my cat's diabetes! You can't go wrong in this office. Well worth the costs to have my pets cared for with such kindness and compassion.
Jun 27, 2025 · Jessica PMy little guy has very bad anxiety and separation disorder. I recently joined this veterinary group (6months), which after my first visit with Dr Baron ( who is Great) I have been taking Chanc’ biweekly for play / fun visits to help his anxiety. Well, tonight was amazing , because of Lisa and Tracy contributing to our visits being apart of the solution , he ran into the hospital when he saw Lisa tonight, then jumping ,when he saw Tracy ,up on the counter. He was so happy, not scared. Priceless, thanks to the entire team, especially Lisa and Tracy, for finding time to give my little guy the love . This is a huge step forward for him . I recommend this group to anyone looking for a veterinary hospital, as this group will treat your pet as their own. 🐾❤️ thank you so much
May 28, 2025 · Tina CaputoTHE FRONT DESK AT THIS LOCATION IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Corporate should know how rude and inconsiderate their staff is to their customers/patients. I am a new client coming in with a sick rescued animal. I had an appointment and I was less than 15 minutes late (first time at this location). The front desk staff rudely told me that they could not see me no matter how much I pleaded as the dog needed medical care. Not only were they very abrasive, they didn’t even try to squeeze me in…I was more than willing to wait. I have never been treated like this before. I am appalled. This staff had no compassion and should not be working in an animal hospital.
May 23, 2025 · valerie catanzaroI took my cat to get her rabies vaccine. The nurse and I carefully reviewed the necessary vaccines and agreed that she only needed rabies. However, without consulting me, the doctor administered an additional, unnecessary vaccine. I only realized this when I received my receipt and saw that she had given my cat the FeLV vaccine, something I never requested.I was extremely upset and found this behavior both disrespectful and unprofessional. It’s frustrating because I feel that some people try to take advantage when they hear an accent, assuming the person won’t notice or question things. What’s even more concerning is that when I asked the doctor about the second syringe, she didn’t clearly state what it was. I initially thought the three-year rabies vaccine required two syringes, but now I see this was a case of dishonesty. Because of this, they have lost me as a customer. I used to bring both of my cats there, but I will now find a vet who is fair, honest, and respectful.
Feb 08, 2025 · mona alinejadThis was my first visit to VCA County Veterinary Hospital. I was fortunate enough to see Dr Barron for this wellness visit. She is professional, extremely friendly and quite gentle. She spent 1 hr examining my Cockerpoo Sophie. She drew bloods and performed a thorough examination of my girl. She wasn’t rushed and treated Sophie as if she were her own. I highly recommend Dr Barron and look forward to seeing her in the future. Oh, waiting time was about 10 minutes. This vet is highly recommended.
