Dr Seibel worked with her to calm her down, she gave her churros and spoke softly to her. At her last appointment Tiffany took her back to give her the monthly injection and she was back to her little self. I love their professional and specialized care my cat gets. I’m so grateful. Every single person working there is amazing." This dedication to patient comfort, even for a "spicy" cat, underscores their unique and effective approach.

I LOVE City Pet Vet. Every single person working there is a highly skilled professional who is dedicated to helping your animal for optimal health. My cat accidentally ingested a tiny bit of an amaryllis leaf someone gave me for a gift. After her trauma of being so sick, she went from being an easy cat for treatment for injections to a spicy girl.Dr Seibel worked with her to calm her down, she gave her churros and spoke softly to her. At her last appointment Tiffany took her back to give her the monthly injection and she was back to her little self.I love their professional and specialized care my cat gets. I’m so grateful. Every single person working there is amazing. I wish I knew all of their names so I could sing their praises. Thank you City Pet Vet.
May 10, 2025 · Sally DeHartCity Pets Vet has been a wonderful place to bring an elderly cat and now a young rescue cat. The staff are all kind, knowledgeable and professional and take all the time you need to answer questions. And I appreciate knowing that they are a "no-fear" vet, so they treat the pets well in the back as well as the front. They may cost more than other vets, but to me it has been worth it. I highly recommend them.
Jul 01, 2025 · Cath FosterPromptly brought to a room (my dog can be reactive to other dogs) . Visit was thorough and kind (pup even took treats from vet which can be rare). Was first visit so lots of ground to cover but never felt rushed and will definitely be back again.
Jul 02, 2025 · Megan KiddAbsolutely love all of the vet techs at City Pets Vet! Dr. Sidells is literally the best veterinarian I have ever been to! She has such a great personality, is fun and easy to talk to, and it's the only person who has caught my cat's heart murmur. Nimbus is so relaxed around her that he even fell asleep on her lap once. Several times I have had several vet techs who aren't even working with my cat come in just to say hi to him. It's a very warm and welcoming place. I highly recommend City Pets!
Apr 04, 2025 · Hazel BoutinHave been scammed by these people so many times. The vet doesn’t care about the animals at all and just runs out of the room as soon as she realizes she isn’t gonna get paid.We have taken our cats here for years and have had really bad experiences and have felt that we were being overcharged for a lot of things but stuck with them for convenience. We adopted a new puppy and were told that our dog would need three distemper vaccines to complete the full cycle. We went in today for the second vaccine and waited 45 minutes for the vet to come in. The vet came in and called my 11 week old puppy crazy. We were then told that the vaccine is actually supposed to be given every 3-4 weeks until the dog is 16 weeks of age, meaning that she would require a 4th distemper shot. When I questioned this and why we weren’t told this at the first visit, the vet ran out of the room immediately. I had to ask for her to come back in and answer some of our questions. She stood by the door holding the handle the entire time I was trying to answer questions and dismissed everything I said, informing me that she isn’t willing to answer questions because we weren’t paying for an exam visit. I am really sad to see my dogs health be dismissed like this and it really felt that once she knew she wasn’t getting paid, she didn’t care anymore about our dogs wellbeing. She kept reiterating that this wasn’t a visit and she would answer my questions next time when I paid for the exam. I waited 45 minutes for her to come in, the least she could have done would have been sitting down in her chair and answering my short questions. I also have recently learned that the fecal tests at this vet are twice the cost of other vets in the area, $98. I highly recommend going elsewhere for quality pet care.
