July 05 · thelma middletonCommunity Veterinary Hospital and Dr. Mandelker are just what I was looking for! My previous vet, while competent and kind, just wasn't a good fit for my rat terriers and me. One of my dogs had high liver enzymes and Dr. Mandelker was able to retest, evaluate the results, offer a logical diagnosis and provide a simple treatment plan during my first visit. He explained the situation in layman's terms but was not patronizing. He was reassuring but did not ignore my concerns. The doctor and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and laid back -- and very sweet to my dog. The prices were reasonable. I am so happy and relieved to have found Community Veterinary Hospital!
