August 28 · Frank GalloDr. turnover rate is frequent here for a reason. I never know who I’m going to see that day. I’ve been a client for years but it’s gone so far downhill. Been in and out for months regarding my dogs allergies. I get sent home with different medications and methods each time and nothing works. It’s a sales scam. They don’t truly care for your pet or listen to concerns. Cancelled my pets “optimum wellness plans” and that cost me $600 more on top of my monthly payments and medications. Over $1000 down the drain just this month. Such a joke.
March 08 · sydney doudnaI can't say enough about how wonderful Banfield has been. The monthly payment plan is like pet health insurance and has been vital in helping us keep our 4legged princess healthy. Knowing we can see the vet easily whenever she needs something looked at or taken care of saves us the worry of not having the ability to afford a last minute visit. Also to know her biannual exams are covered keeps her healthy and us happy as loving doggie parents!
November 29 · Dawn Murphy (4GreatMassage)They lost my card information and kept billing me and Billing me instead of stopping it and charging me for a full Year's contract and sending me to collections how dumb is that and then when I tried to settle the problem they would not which is ridiculous wouldn't they rather have a lifetime customer and one that was angry and ripped off $700 one time?
May 01 · Pat AustinHorrible on the website and when you call they tell you, that you can go inside with your pet. However they refuse to allow anyone inside. Fully vaccination or not face coverage or not. You have to wait in the parking lot. No shade . Worst experience I've ever had.
