★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- This place does not care about your cats. My mother left our cat Lola there and they stuck her in her carrier for 4 hrs to sit in her own urine and feces. They caused so much unnecessary stress and wondered why she was aggressive with them. Complete and utter lack of empathy.Edit in response: I referenced the original owner in my review. You are just deflecting from the actual point, our cat came back from your practice traumatized and was handled poorly. I apologize that the truth upsets you so much. Have a good day. - Absolutely the best around! We trust no one else with our "kids" March 27 · Morgan Bradberry
- Do really like this vet but wish they would update their hours for holidays so people know when they are actually open. It is not hard to edit this stuff for the business so there's no reason not to. July 05 · Mrs. Smith
- Usually I love and recommend Dr.Cox to everyone but after today that will no longer happen! I brought my cat in Monday because he was acting funny Saturday morning-Sunday night. Monday morning I called first thing and took him. At 10:43 they called said blood work was fine they had given him a shot and keep him over night to keep an eye on him. Today I called 8:57 they said they’d have him call me back, he called at 10:00 to tell me my cat had fluid on his lungs and it looked like FIP. I asked for what he’d recommend and to do. He said there is no cure and never mentioned treatment so of course if he didn’t bring it up I assumed there wasn’t any. I said I would come get my cat, and he said that the fluid would eventually build up and drown him and he’d die he did say he couldn’t say when or how. I’m instantly crying! He said there was a $200 FIP test he could do but he could tell me that’s what it was. I head there at 11:30 to pick my cat up I’m given antibiotics and she’s adding up my bill that I still have to pay in. I said “Can you ask if he would be able to drain the fluid off from around his lungs?” The lady at the front said she’d go ask, she comes back and tells me he said “if that’s the route I want to go down that $200 test would need to be done first”. I said I’d think on it. I take my cat to the cat and we are heading out and I take him out to look at him he’s covered in his own urine front, back, and his mouth as well as his blanket with him. I’ve always put my trust in this vet and I will say today that trust was completely broken and I will be looking and finding someone who can help. A lady I help foster from let me know there is a treatment and cure it’s been done with two cats she’s had. So is it that you truly don’t care for my animal? Are you that lazy? Where is that care and concern for my cats best interest? I’m DISAPPOINTED! If I didn’t have to give a star to let you know my review it be no stars! April 01 · Bailee Kirkley
- We just moved here from Texas. Dr. Cox and their stàff are the best I've ever experienced. Recommend highly! July 12 · Beatrice Groves
