Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews
The wellness plan locks you in for a year. The doctor lied and said my pet has kidney failure when she does NOT. They also charged us for a flea and tick treatment, then put us on a flea and tick wellness plan that’s an additional $20 a month without telling me. I thought I simply bought the box. I did not know it added to my monthly plan. Once it is part of your plan, you have to pay it ALL year, no canceling it because it is one of the millions of signatures you sign without reading anything. They show you nothing before you sign! BEWARE! I will NEVER get Banfield’s wellness plan again once these three cancel out for my three pets.
Dec 24, 2023 · Raygan “Raygan” DeCarloThey never answer the phones - I was double charged. In addition to given the wrong prescription. I have the wellness plan that I’m locked into for a year and I will absolutely cancel. The staff has changed and it’s not friendly. All I ever see are additional charges and terrible service. My dog returned after being dropped off for a teeth cleaning and her pads were cut. The response was maybe she did it when you left. I took my dog to little page animal hospital in downtown and the experience was night and day. They always answer the phones and the staff are super friendly. Such a peace of mind. DO NOT FALL INTO THE WELLNESS PLAN TRAP. Take your little one to Little Page or Ferry Farm.
Jul 23, 2024 · Kandis BennettWe had a great experience with Banfield. Our dog Isaac needed surgery and they provided excellent care. We found a kind and communicative vet and care team. I feel good about bringing my baby back again.
Dec 02, 2021 · Kriston VardimanThe team was awesome. Sarah tech vet was very patient with Faith. I had to bring in my cat three times for her to withdraw blood. She has a gentle touch, since my cat was given her trouble. Banfield is lucky to have her on the team. She is jewel.
Jun 26, 2024 · menabug1The staff at Banfield was super friendly and they worked me in on the same day on a Saturday. They took excellent care of my newly adopted kitten who had an upper respiratory infection. Thank you, staff at Fredericksburg Banfield.
