★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I took my dog and two cats for vaccines at Crossroads Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Ghotra and his staff are so nice! They get on the floor and put your pet at ease before the exam. This vet hospital had a bad reputation before Dr. Ghotra took over. My neighbor recommended them after her good experience and I’m so glad she told me about them. Please give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.
June 18 · Hal WrightMy dog swallowed a fish hook while on vacation and I found Crossroads through a google search. Scratch is admittedly not an easy patient. The entire staff was absolutely amazing!! They were friendly, efficient and seem to really love what they do. Considering the circumstances, the experience at Crossroads was fantastic! I wish we lived close enough to call this our vet. Thank you Crossroads!!
August 17 · Justine O'MalleyOn the night of Friday March 21 my little dog had a really bad night. He was in a lot of pain. We took him to Crossroads early in the morning on Saturday March 22. My boy was not in good shape, having a hard time breathing, wouldn’t eat or drink. The doctor did blood tests and a scan of some kind. He then came out and told us that his problem was “kidney related “. I asked him what he meant by that and he said my dog was very dehydrated. He wanted us to leave him for the day to get fluids by iv. I then asked him if he saw anything bad in the scan and he said no. I asked him about his breathing because he seem to be laboring and he said his heart is good. That’s pretty much all he said and that was after I had to pry that out of him. Then I’m getting ready to pay and the nurse comes out with a bag of fluid and 10 needles. He wanted us to hydrate him for 10 days. I know that there is nothing you can do for kidney failure and I also know the way to find that out that there is kidney failure is blood tests and X-rays. I looked up online later that night about symptoms of the last days of kidney failure in dogs and mine had every one of them. The breathing was bad because his body was shutting down. Confusion was one of the symptoms. My dog would try to walk around and just walk into a corner and stand there with his little face in the corner between the wall and dresser. My problem is is that the doctor had to have seen how bad it was from the tests and the condition of my dog and he couldn’t just tell me that my dog wasn’t going to make it. So instead he sent me home with fluids for 10 days only for my poor little boy to suffer one more night and die in my arms in the morning. If the doctor had just said something I could’ve saved my boy another night of pain. And if didn’t see how bad it was, then he’s a lousy doctor!! I won’t be taking my pets there again!
March 25 · Paula BrownWe were welcomed by a very friendly staff and felt super comfortable bringing our pet here. Definitely will continue returning!
April 12 · Luis PascacioHorrible people with sick senses of humor. Their paper-thin walls allowed my daughter to hear all of their rude comments and jokes about all of their client's pets. If I could give zero stars I would. Unprofessional heartless foul mouthed people who wish horrible things on our pets behind closed doors. Laughing and making jokes among one another while we wait in worry in the next room for our beloved pets to be cared for. I think they need to be put down ...out of business.
