★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I am so grateful to Dr. Yu, Manda, and the rest of the team. I am a nervous, crazy cat mama to Doc and Felix. I don’t have kids so they are my world! I brought them in Monday for their yearly checkup and had my suspicions something was going on with Felix because he was digging at his mouth with his paw and had some stinky breathe after eating. Dr. Yu and her assistant were so gentle with both cats which I really appreciate especially shy little Felix. They got all their shots and Felix got a blood draw because he needed dental surgery. This was the first time I’ve ever had to take a pet in for surgery and I was scared. The whole staff made me feel safe and were patient with me too. I loved that they were able to get me in right away on Wednesday. Manda did an amazing thorough job with Felix. She’s also very knowledgeable and explains everything really well. I had no idea he needed 4 teeth extracted! At the end they even printed out Felix’s blood work and emailed me the X-rays so I could keep in his person files. Manda then went over all the X-rays, home care and even a list of things I can do to prevent in the future. Pet parents please brush your dogs and cats teeth! Even if they don’t like it. It can save you and them lots of pain and discomfort. I am very impressed by Slate Creek and wouldn’t trust anywhere else! Thank you Again :)
April 03 · Carly PurpurI've been searching for a new vet clinic for years and I finally found a great place at Slate Creek Animal Hospital! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. When they provided an estimate of services, they were thoughtful about pointing out which services can wait and which ones should be treated as a priority. They were also very kind and gentle with our cats and showed genuine concern. I've done a lot of research over the past few years and I got a really good vibe from this place. I have already recommended them to a friend!
August 06 · Teri STook my old dog to Slate Creek today for some skincare and was greeted with a friendly smile. Was seen in a timely manner. He was prescribed a medication, paid my bill and off we went.
January 21 · Brian ChordAmazing place- amazing people! Our first visit was with our elderly cat that was terminally ill. They broke the news to us very compassionately and were amazing through the entire process. That experience was so well handled that we now take all our animals there. We just had our dog in for a tooth extraction and she was still happy to be there even after the procedure.
April 03 · JamesGreat Vet, as always. This visit, they were able to get me in the next day, as my dog had a chipped canine. They also wrapped in the annual check up for nothing extra. They really take care of you and your pets!
