★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr Khurmi and the staff at this location are beyond amazing. The clinic is clean and beautiful. The first time I came here, it was to help with my father’s Sheltie, Finn (the one pictured), who suddenly got lethargic and began experiencing focal seizures. Finn has a lot of genetic complications and other health problems and is a senior, so this was a delicate situation and the doctor and staff were caring and compassionate and gave us updates and options every step of the way. His prognosis was initially not great, however it’s now been 4 months and Finn pulled through with the expert care and treatment he received and he’s back to walking 4 miles a day and living a happy normal life! Two and a half weeks ago (on my birthday) my own personal heart and soul dog, my husky Koa, began acting lethargic and uninterested in food, treats, and attention all within a small 3 hour window. I called this vet office and apologized stating I may be overreacting but wanted him seen if possible just in case. They told me to bring him in. On the drive in he began to noticeably decline in terms of energy and in the parking lot of the clinic he suddenly collapsed and could not get up. I had to carry him into the clinic and the staff all came over to help. My boy was rushed into x-rays and unfortunately it was discovered he had a cancerous tumor on his spleen that had ruptured and there was not much to be done, so I had to unexpectedly say goodbye to Koa right then and there. To say the staff was comforting during a really hard time is an understatement, they were so compassionate and allowed me time to say goodbye and also gave me hugs and offered their condolences. They made one of the hardest moments of my life bearable, and I will never forget the care they gave me and my boy.I cannot recommend this place enough. They are wonderful and they truly, truly care for their animal patients and you can tell they love their job. It shows.Thank you for all you’ve done for my family!
June 24 · Kate GullionThis is not even my regular vet, but they helped me in the most difficult time of my life. My dog passed away at home on the Saturday after the 4th of July. Nothing was open, or they were too busy to help me. This place helped me try to find other places that were closer. Ultimately I ended up there with my sweet girl. They helped me fill out the paperwork, unloaded her out of my car and explained the entire process to me. I cannot thank you enough for helping me in my time of need. I appreciate you more than you will ever know.
July 06 · Jenn JonesWhat a waste of money. Yes they are very kind and will get to your pets level. The office is clean and a relaxing environment. Yet they were incompetent for my dogs needs and I felt like a chick at a mechanic shop that was tacking on additional charges knowing they would be oblivious to it. They quoted me $1200 for my dog’s needs. First they said she had a fox tail in her ear, second vet said no but… she could have shaken it out so who knows on this one. Then they said she had an ear infection. Second vet said nope, some mild redness/irritation and would not recommend treating it at this time, this office was recommending it. Lastly the reason she had come in was a swollen leg and change in behavior. They were thinking a bite or a possible tumor and recommended blood work and x rays to determine if so. Second vet said allergic reaction and prednisone and Benadryl. Plus she had edema also in her chest which was not mentioned here but who knows if it was present at the time of the visit. She is already responding to the treatment and total cost was the cost to come visit this facility without treatment. Kind lovely people yet was not helpful and cost us money we didn’t have.
August 18 · Kelsey SI'm disappointed with the service received at this veterinary clinic. During my visit with my 8-year-old hound mix, who was experiencing a potential rupture or obstruction, the doctor prioritized testing for various lumps and bumps that had been present for years without issue. Despite my request to focus on the immediate health concern and financial constraints, the doctor insisted on comprehensive testing, including bloodwork and biopsies, which significantly increased the cost.I had specifically asked to prioritize an X-ray, which would have been sufficient to diagnose a rupture or obstruction, but the doctor assured me that the blood test would be more informative. The blood test results showed only a slightly elevated pancreas, while the subsequent X-rays and ultrasound at our local primary vet revealed a rupture with significant internal bleeding. The initial testing cost $600, which could have been allocated towards treatment or end-of-life care. I am concerned that the clinic's approach prioritized generating revenue over addressing the pet's immediate needs. Furthermore, the doctor's notes mentioned financial issues, which was not an accurate representation of our situation.I would advise others to be cautious when seeking care at this clinic, especially if they have budget constraints. The level of care and communication may vary depending on one's financial situation.
July 18 · Rachel BrayThis place is absolutely phenomenal. We thank Dr. Kurmy and Dr. Natt for their excellent attention to detail in caring for both of our dogs. We had our dog in for an unknown mass that turned out to be an aggressive form of cancer. The transparency, coordination, and education gave us all the available resources we needed to tackle this new diagnosis. Not to mention the consistent follow ups from the office to ensure our animals well being. The RVT, Jose, goes above and beyond by providing additional education on interventions for continuing care at home. The front office staff, Jade, also goes above and beyond by taking the extra time to cooperate and interact with the intricacies of our insurance company to not only benefit our animals but maximize our financial resources to provide the best care possible for our fur babies. They truly consider any and all resources available to make your experience beneficial without deviating from thorough quality care.I cannot recommend this place enough!!
