Delaware County Animal Hospital Reviews
The receptionist is very friendly and cordial. The doctor is very friendly & straight to the point. I was seen within 15 minutes of walking in. I was out after 30 minutes including my cat feeling better! My cat had fleas (Even though I put her a flea collar on and a bath once a month). Anyway my bill was $180. 😳 If I knew exactly what was wrong I could’ve went and got the medicine myself for $28.99. (Saving 150$) ouch 🤕
Nov 10, 2019 · Honest Review GuyDr. Lee is a great vet. I have been there with my elderly cat who, by the way, suffers from constipation. And just recently visited with an 8 week old kitten who, of course, had to be dewormed and deflead (I am not sure if that is an actual word). Again he is a patient , professional and just a great vet.
Nov 26, 2020 · Carolyn BatesUpdate this dr dont do anything. All my cats have issues if were caught early would of cost me less money and offered my animals a better quality of life. Not affections favorite place in the world. My cat teeth so rotten the fell out I took my cat here for her check up you would think he would of noticed this. My other cat died because he never diagnosed his thyroid problems them could of helped with asimple prescription. Do not take your animals here..his license should be removed
Oct 29, 2023 · Nikki H.PSet an appointment for an ear crop, was told the soonest appointment was a month from when I called, Set the appointment anyway. On THE DAY OF the appointment, I was turned away by the vet
Feb 21, 2025 · Corey CostonSo Dr. Lee may need to retire. I’ve taken my dog to the office 4 times now for shots . Each time I go the prices are never transparent (they nickel and dime you). Took my dog today for routine shots, my dog weighs 10 pounds and she is very docile. Today Dr.Lee put a rope around her neck too tight ( for what)? When I told him it was too tight because she was making choking noise he wanted to challenge me. Ok, when he left the room to get the needle for her shots of course it took the rope off. I mentioned to him that I was seeing what appeared to be fleas on her so her examined her and sure enough they were fleas. I told him that I was using Frontline applied to her coat. Well, maybe I was applying it incorrectly ( point taken) but he went on and on about it to the point that it was offensive. I asked him for an oral medication and he agreed and I thought we were done with that conversation. He then called his receptionist and asked her to look up the directions for Frontline even though I was buying the oral medication. Now the receptionist is going on and on about the medication directions. OK ( enough) when it was time to check out the bill was $200 for shots and another $79 for the medicine which cost $29 online. I told them I’d had enough, paid the $200 and I will not return. I refuse to pay anybody for rudeness. When a pet owner cares enough to care for their pet it should be applauded not ridiculed
