★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- They saved our pup after one visit. They listen, care, keep a clean office, are very understanding, kind, and patient! The doctor even did a follow-up call to check on our pup. Truly they care.We came here after a bad encounter and almost losing our pup for a second opinion and even though it is further for us, we cannot be happier! He went from losing his hair, not eating, and itching, and looking like he was old to playing, eating, and being himself. Our Great Dane didn't cry from pain when they gave her, her shot. The doctor and nurses and staff all care for the dogs and it shows in how they listen and interact with both the pups and owners. Our pup is doing so great now and we love this vet. We are getting another pup and will be bringing all three here. June 03 · The Dracos
- I have been visiting Double Oak Mountain since moving here in 2023 and have been very pleased. My most recent visit was with Dr. Rutter, who is wonderful and compassionate and gives wonderful care and suggestions for my little 18+ year old Havanese, Jazz! We have also seen Dr. Miller on many occasions, and she is also great! She has treated Jazz on many different occasions, always giving him wonderful care and very good follow-up. The techs and the front office people are friendly and caring - I definitely recommend Double Oak Mountain for your pet's care. Many thanks to Dr. Rutter and Dr. Miller! August 25 · Ruthie McNeil
- Dr. Vargas is absolutely wonderful. He has been caring for our elderly dog, Beau, who was diagnosed with thyroid cancer last year. Dr. Vargas consistently goes above and beyond to ensure Beau receives the best possible care. We appreciate his transparent and compassionate approach. The staff is extremely helpful as well. Highly recommend! Our buddy is still going strong! April 24 · Kathryn Buczek
- The best vet!!! After being told my dog Stella was overweight by another vet, Dr. Miller mentioned the possibility of cushings disease on her first visit. She was correct; it was an enlarged liver (not fat). They’re so kind and caring. They don’t force any treatments and are fine if you decide to treat holistically instead. Even the euthanasia process is calm. They set up a special room that even includes treats for animals and humans, and lots of tissues. It was the best possible way given a very sad time in our lives. - Dr. Miller and her assistant are amazing! Took great care of my cat and followed up to make sure all was well with his treatment. Wonderful and kind environment. Thank you! May 28 · Jadah Gardner
