July 20 · Scott JohnsonI can't thank the team at Eaton Animal Den enough for the care and compassion they showed us during one of the hardest moments of our lives. Saying goodbye to our beloved Chikis was incredibly difficult, but the kindness and empathy from the staff made all the difference. They treated Chikis with such tenderness and respect, and they made sure we felt supported every step of the way. Their gentle approach and genuine care brought us so much comfort. We're forever grateful for the love and dignity they gave our sweet girl in her final moments. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
March 24 · Art VWe took our senior dog to the Eaton Animal Den in December since we noticed her having two lumps and we wanted to make sure she's okay. Everyone was really nice, they looked at them and told us we could do testing but they don't see a need for it since they feel like a normal fatty growth you would see in an older dog. The vet was certain. We listened like idiots.Turns out the vet doesn't know the difference between a fatty growth and a lymph node. Our dog got diagnosed with Lymphoma by a different vet, endstage. She has 4-6 weeks left.Stay away!!!This is my answer to your response:Yes, you did offer a fine needle aspiration and blood work and quoted me for it. Your vet then told me that she believes it would be a waste of money and that there's no need for it.
August 11 · Rebecca LIf I could give a negative score, I would. Stay away from this place. They probably won't kill your dog or cat with routine care, but don't come in with ANY kind of emergency. Our Fox Hound was bit by a rattlesnake today. Our wonderful Horse Clinc was willing to deliver antivenom to this clinic. Do you know what they told our horse clinic? We don't want to deal with it. Our horse clinic would have helped had all the vets not been on call. We are now in Windsor at Royal Vista ER. Dutch has made it so far. He doesn't, and I truly will blame Eaton Animal Den. :::::In answer to your response: It is sad the first clinic off the ranches and homes east doesn't service emergencies. What a waste of retail space. So, your animal goes south during a routine procedure? Better hope they can go home the same day with Animal Den. Also, my large animal clinic would have no reason to lie about your response. Sorry, but you look very bad on this one.
April 17 · Cheryl PetersenVery disappointed. New patent and didn't even get introduced to the vet. Appeared to have good care but if I'm spending my money i expect to talk to the vet and not the vet techs. I guess I'll keep looking for a vet
