PETS Emergency Hospital, A Thrive Pet Healthcare Partner Reviews
I am very pleased with this location; it is a significant improvement over their previous one! It's become my go-to for any pet emergencies. Yes, emergency services cost more, but it's worth it for my furry friends' well-being. Thankfully, they're all insured! The service is excellent, the staff are friendly, and the facility is spotless. Plus, they see pets right away! However, there are cases when you have to wait long based on their triage of priorities 👍🐾🏥 #PetEmergency #AnimalHospital #VeterinaryCare #Pets #Insurance
June 02 · John Victor “JV” UbanaWe've had 3 beloved family members cremated through PETS emergency. Every staff member has been extremely kind and believably honest. The prices are reasonable. I hate to have to a go-to for the reasons we've had, but they've been so kind and compassionate, we took a small comfort knowing the staff would help us through the most recent event. Thank you, team.
August 15 · BlushWolfI 1,000% WOULD NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE .! PLEASE PLEASE do not bring your pets here. They are all about money and they do not care about your pets. I went in On Monday 5/26/25 afternoon with my baby girl Moomoo she was having complications with delivering her babies. When we got to the office they took her back right away before the Dr even let me know what was happening with my baby they demanded 180$ payment first before even talking about my baby girls condition. After waiting for 30min the Dr informed me and my 13yr old daughter that her babies Died inside of her and was causing my baby to get very sick mind you the Dr stated they did do an ultrasound and couldn’t see any movement unfortunately I have no way of knowing if that’s true or not as they could not provide me with any proof what I don’t understand is they where so worried about payment but did a ultrasound for free or did they just tell me they did and didn’t really do one ??? . They demanded 6,000$ before they would even touch her mind you my baby girl was only 5llbs and was in so much pain they said you can call around and see if anyone else can help you with a payment plan but it’s Memorial Day so good luck!!!. We can give her antibiotics and pain medicine for the night but she needs a surgery tomorrow. I asked to get started right away with medication and they demanded payment before they could help my poor baby girl and then proceeded to tell me that it’s going to be a while before we can get them they could not get started at the hospital wanted me to give them to her wen we got home!! The whole time I was there they had my baby in another room I had NO access to her!. After another 30min The Dr come in and stated if I can help you I would but we need 6,000$ before we do anything .!!!This is so wrong how can you people be a pets emergency when you can’t even help pets that need the emergency help. They knew my baby girl wouldn’t make it to the next morning but couldn’t be honest about her condition and let me and my family know.I was a wreck at the hospital trying to figure out how to help my baby girl and save her life meanwhile the staff at pets emergency was worried about a paycheck. My Baby Girl passed away 5/27/25 Tuesday morning at 7am me and my family are a wreck my daughter is so broken she lost her soulmate and we lost a dear family member. So PLEASE PLEASE find some place elsewhere to take your babies to these people here are monsters they knew how serious our situation was and they turned me and my family away trying to say the medication would help her instead we lost a perfect girl and my family will never be the same again my house is not a home anymore!!! Here is a picture of my precious baby girl MooMoo.💔💔🙏🦴
May 29 · Sasha MunozThey did a great job caring for our cat! She's very difficult at the vet, and one of the vet techs here was the best we've ever had at calming her down.Beyond that, they were clear about the price and our options for proceeding with care for our kitty. She ended up being fine thanks to their swift and professional work!
July 05 · Hannahi brought my cat here since he was throwing up excessively and our normal vet wasn’t available. the team was very kind and helpful throughout the visit and they gave me a thorough rundown of all possible causes. they made me feel comfortable leaving my cat with them for a few hours so they could conduct testing and do additional treatment to make sure he was alright.yes emergency vets are expensive but they did discuss all the costs with me ahead of time and gave me an idea of what the doctor’s priorities were for the most important tests.my cat is doing lots better today and i appreciated that i was able to call for additional advice today.while i hope i don’t have to come back anytime soon, i would definitely come here again if the need arises since they seemed to genuinely care about my cat!
