★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The most compassionate team you’ll find anywhere. We never feel anonymous at this clinic. Each vet knows my poodles both physically and emotionally. When my sweet old boy had to cross over, I chose to do it in clinic with the people he’d come to know and trust instead of at home with a stranger. They helped us through the worst days with professionalism and caring. We feel safe with the entire team — Stella, Owen, and Raleigh’s mom, Ruth 🙏🏽
April 02 · Magnolia ShhhDr. Nicole and staff are empathetic, caring, knowledgeable, and show great care towards their patients and fur baby's parents! I've been taking my dogs there for almost 10yrs now, and I've seen a consistent show of care and concern for the quality of life and long term care for both of my little ones. They make sure my pups are safe and sound and healthy as can be. Whether it's an emergency or routine checkup, they're there for me and my pups with a great bedside manner and excellent care. My dogs have both lived a long and healthy life, thanks to the Erie Animal Hospital team!
June 30 · Ashley YanerI love this vet! I’ve been entrusting the healthcare of my furry babies to this team of compassionate and patient professionals for almost twenty years. They really listen to my concerns and include me completely in all decisions related to my pet’s health, giving me several options to choose from. They also keep me totally informed on potential costs of any treatment proposed. I highly recommend this vet to all loving pet parents.
July 07 · Chantel SargentI mean this in no small manner. Dr.Nicole and her team gave my dogs life back. To make this short (because this could be a novel) my dog has had chronic GI issues for a long time and I have been doing EVERYTHING in my power to fix it, and I really mean everything (iv'e been kinda neurotic actually). Anyway, after switching vets to this office I feel like I immediately started gaining a lot of traction. Every time I come in I am given the time I need, I am given a plan. I am never given anything unnecessary. All my questions and requests are taken seriously and they are willing to work with my goals the way we all see fit. When I come in with some information or ideas I sourced myself, Dr.Nicole will do the research and due-diligence to determine what is best instead of exclusively leaning on what is common practice. I have had more results in far less appointments here than at any other vet. I am so serious when I say I think she has given my dog his life back, he has so much more energy and happiness and is HEALING. She not just treating him.. we are HEALING HIM. The years I now get to have with him are thanks to all the people here working together and I can't say thank you all enough. I'd also like to say I really appreciate how they handle their schedule, they seem to leave a few openings on the books most days to fit in folks (like us) who can't typically predict when we will need to be seen. I know the vet industry as a whole is overwhelmed with the demand so it's not uncommon at other places to have to wait weeks or more to see someone, and a lot of offices keep it this way because it's more profitable.. Erie Animal Hospital cares more for patients than just the max profit possible. Rare these days.. and so appreciated!
September 25 · Jennifer LynnHad a great experience with my two pups here. Very professional and caring staff, informative, fairly priced, got us in last minute when my guy had an ear infection and began developing a hematoma. The treatment Dr. Towner chose for my dog's ears worked great, and fast! He was feeling relief within 24 hours, and was back to himself in no time. They also set us up for success by getting both of my dogs annual visits done, vaccines and heartworm testing before moving across the country. Both of my dogs historically struggle with feeling fearful at vet appointments; but they felt safe here, comfortable enough to accept plenty of snacks, and even ended up having some fun playing with Marcie and the other tech (I apologize, I forgot her name) but everyone was great!
