★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Our young husky/border collie mix, Ozzie, swallowed a piece of a rubber ball and began experiencing severe discomfort, loss of appetite and weight loss while we were out of State. Despite multiple vet visits and several expensive medical tests there, the root cause of his problem was unknown. We got him home and in to see Dr. Landry who recommended an urgent course of treatment including a biopsy and exploratory surgery. Surgery revealed an intestinal blockage which, left unattended much longer, would have caused his death. Dr. Landry opened the intestine, removed the blockage, expertly stitched him up, and three weeks later he was fully recovered. The skill and care of all the personnel involved in Ozzie’s care was simply extraordinary and they literally saved his life. Today he is nothing less than joy on four legs!We can’t recommend CCAPM strongly enough to do it justice.
August 27 · Gary AndersonI switched to CCAPM after a not so great experience with another vet in the area when my cat was diagnosed with diabetes. As a healthcare professional myself, Dr Landry eased my mind and made me feel better about managing this new diagnosis. Dr Landry’s demeanor is very calm and chill, he is a great veterinarian! The office staff is always available for a phone call or email and you can usually always get same day appointments. Highly recommend for your fur babies!!
May 06 · Sarah VandenbergWe have been going to Dr. Landry for a few years now. He is a breath of fresh air compared to other recent veterinarians. He is compassionate, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I don't have to wait months get in, and he has been able to see my pets quickly when the need arises. He quickly saw my dog after she had eaten a large amount of chocolate, and saved her life. I will always be grateful!
March 01 · Claire StephensI’ve had 3-4 different Vets for my two small dogs over the years. This place is exceptional. Dr. Landry has been responsive and helpful from day 1. He has taken great care of my dogs. I went to another Vet before I found him and they wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars for more labs and tell me one of my dogs was terminally ill. This place is a must for anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable and caring Vet Doc!
March 05 · Ty WeisenburgerI'd like to respond to this tone deaf response. First your response shows that you have no respect for people's time or any idea what it's like to have to make it to places on time to get kids around. I had time to write this review while sitting and waiting, which is a lot of what's involved. I finally now have time to respond. You obviously have never been in this situation based on your response. You are right, I was told twice that this was an annual exam. Was it when I called and made the appointment and your staff informed me that my annual exam was needed to get the vaccine. Nope. Was it when I checked in and your staff verified what I was there for and let me know that we were there for an annual exam and vaccine. Also no.I was informed that this was an annual exam after waiting almost 20 minutes after the start of my appointment when I went out and asked why is this taking so long because the last time I had this vaccine updated it took less than 5 minutes. It was only then that I was told I was there for an annual exam. I let your staff know that I did not have time for that and would have never booked this time if I was informed of this and the only response was you can book another appointment after wasting almost a half hour in your office and taking time off of work as well for this. I asked if I could just get the vaccine because of time and come back in a week when I could block out the correct amount of time because I needed the updated vaccine to board my dog this weekend. I was told no. I asked to see if anything else could be done and they said they would look into it.Then your next staff member came in and let me know the second time that this was an annual appointment and the doctor will be in to talk to you. I let her know that didnt work and was offered again to book another appointment which I stated already that didn't work.As you stated this was a vaccine that should have been no problem to be given and that since I was never informed what kind of appointment I would have at least thought you and your staff would help out. I was wrong. I never yelled at your staff but my tone I'm sure expressed my frustration with this whole situation. The last straw was my interaction with you. You can say I'm not welcome but I was never coming back. I have never been treated in such a way by anyone or any business. I don't even write reviews. I don't have time for BS like this but this was over the top.PS I may not have been in this situation if I had been given notice by you. I'm sure you send reminder emails about annuals and vaccines like every other vet. However I tried numerous times to get your staff to put in a different email so I could be notified because the one you had on file was not used. After 3 different attempts and it not being updated I gave up it wasnt worth my time. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
