Feb 25, 2025 · Jesska InnamoratoDr. Ratti is the most trusted feline veterinarian in the area! She is very knowledgeable and dedicated to help her patients.
Dec 18, 2024 · Polina Kuznetsova-NguyenI have mostly good things to say except one thing that was a true deal breaker! The vet is very helpful and exceptionally knowledgeable and the admin staff is also great, proactive, and efficient. However, our problem was that the handling techniques are aggressive and a bit outdated (like using scruffing as the go-to restraint tactic), and the tech was unwilling to adjust them to more modern fear-free techniques when I asked, and instead told us to just use even more sedation for visits. I have a very friendly cat who usually is calm at the vet, and unfortunately this is the only vets office I have ever seen her growl and yowl at. It is a great office otherwise, but I just couldn't watch my cat go through a literal wrestling match just to have her blood drawn one more time. It was consistently upsetting for both of us. We've since moved to an office that uses different techniques and she now takes needles with no complaints again while distracted by treats and only mild body pressure restraint that was tailored to her preferences (while still keeping the tech's safety in mind of course). In sum, decide what's best for you and your cat and if they're fine here that's great, but if not please consider that it might be because of the overly aggressive, "one approach fits all" method of handling here, and that vet med has come a long way and an angry/scared cat is not the norm or your only option anymore. Like I said, it's otherwise a great place and I was really disappointed that it didn't work out for us, but you know your cat best and are their only advocate, and that comes first.
Aug 11, 2023 · Pippa KokI was recommended to Feline Health Center by a friend and I am very grateful he did. This is a practice specifically for cats so their knowledge about our furry friends is outstandingPlace went above and beyond caring for my cat: I was nervous but Pat was so calming.Dr: Ratti examined him and ran tests. She called me personally and went over each issue with me so I could understand what was going on.Fair pricing and great serviceWould recommend to any cat owner who needs a vet.
Dec 15, 2020 · Nick NI have been a long time customer of Dr. Ratti and her team and always felt like I was a valued client until today. My kittens needed to be medicated twice today prior to my appointment which was a five hour commitment. It took me over 45 minutes to catch both of them in their carriers when I arrived 15 minutes late for my appointment was told they couldn’t take me. You really have got to be kidding me! This was a total waste of my day and my kittens were unnecessarily medicated and stressed out for a 40 minute car ride. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointing.
