Frankie's Friends is primarily recognized for its strong focus on essential preventative and surgical services, particularly high-volume, high-quality spay/neuter procedures. Their dedication to these services plays a vital role in community animal welfare. While their core mission is often centered around these crucial procedures, a facility of their caliber typically provides a range of other essential veterinary care elements. Based on their focus and common practices for such organizations, services likely include:
- High-Quality Spay/Neuter Surgeries: This is a cornerstone of their offerings, highly praised for its thoroughness and the surgical skill involved. They aim to provide these services efficiently and affordably to help control pet overpopulation and improve animal health.
- Wellness Exams (potentially limited to pre/post-op): While specific general practice services aren't explicitly detailed in reviews, it's common for clinics focusing on spay/neuter to offer examinations related to the surgical procedures, ensuring the animal is healthy enough for surgery and recovering well afterward.
- Vaccinations (often bundled with spay/neuter services or offered separately at affordable rates): Essential vaccinations are typically provided to protect pets from common diseases, often as part of a package for animals undergoing surgery or as part of community health initiatives.
- Microchipping: A crucial service for pet identification and reunification, often offered alongside spay/neuter procedures.
- Basic Preventative Care (e.g., parasite control): Providing medications or advice for flea, tick, and heartworm prevention, which are vital for overall pet health.
- Educational Workshops: As highlighted by a veterinarian's review, Frankie's Friends, particularly Dr. Morrow, engages in teaching and hands-on workshops, indicating a commitment to educating both professionals and potentially pet owners on best practices in animal care. This extends to fostering responsible pet ownership.
Given their specialized focus, pet owners seeking a broad range of advanced diagnostic or specialized medical treatments for complex illnesses might inquire directly about the scope of services beyond their core spay/neuter and wellness offerings. However, for fundamental and highly critical preventative care, they are clearly experts.

Frankie's Friends Reviews
I attended a spay/neuter workshop here as a veterinarian and was seriously impressed. The enthusiasm, cheerfulness, teaching ability, passion, and surgical skills brought to the table by Dr. Morrow and her team is absolutely incredible. It is so refreshing to meet and learn from veterinary professionals that still love what they do and work to create a better today and tomorrow for every animal they care for. From a practical perspective, the spay/neuter workshop she gave was thorough and hands-on, allowing even doctors with decades of experience to learn new techniques and skills. Highly recommend!!!
May 25, 2025 · Sarah Greenway, DVMFrankie's friends is amazing! They were able to make an appointment for my cats when every other vet in the region was booked for the next three years. Plus the staff is actually nice and they are a fraction of the price of other clinics!
May 22, 2025 · Lorin BoksenbaumWe have had a couple cats come here for spay and neutering. They are kind and do a great service. Reasonably priced. If needed we will be back and recommend them.
May 06, 2025 · Rich OTook our male cat here to be neutered and a few days later noticed he had worms. None of our cats go outside nor have they come in contact with any other animal with worms. Few months later we adopted a cat who was supposedly “dewormed” by Frankie’s Friends and clearly wasn’t as it was dropping worms through our home a few days later. Never again will I take any of my animals to Frankie’s Friends.
Jun 18, 2025 · Joshua KI chose Frankie’s Friends, because I wanted a low cost spay for my 6 month old kitten. Also had a microchip implanted. Scheduling was very easy and all of the information for pre and post spay was very detailed and helpful. I had a question before her spay and they got back to me within a day. Drop off & pick up were quick & easy - very efficient. My kitten’s recovery went well and with no issues. I definitely recommend Frankie’s for spays/neuters.
