Dr Santos discovered my little girl has congestive heart failure. She put her on a regiment of medications that has had her going for the past 1 1/2 years. Dr Santos genuinely cares about my dog and returns my calls promptly. I am grateful for her care and concern.

Not gonna lie it’s quite pricey but worth every penny. We have had many cats and dogs in our family for 60+ years and this is by far the best Veterinary care around.

Apr 27, 2025 · W Randy RiceAbsolutely love this place, fair prices, I mean call around an see what some of the other places are charging , this place is cheaper, staff are always amazing and friendly, my dog is a one dog person he doesnt get along with other dogs, and they take every precaution for me, as well as I exit the back way, just a great place. Feb 16, 2025 · Mike GeorgeMy pets go to Dr. Santos at Pittsburgh Spay & Vaccination clinic. She is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. I always know my pets are in good hands when she is caring for them. Highly recommend her to any people looking for a new vet.Update 02/07/2025:Downgrading this to a 3 star. Dr. Santos and the staff are still incredible. However, ownership is trying to force you to buy prescriptions (preventatives, medication, food) through their online storefront. They will not verify orders with Chewy. They won't email you the prescription. You have to drive out to pick up a paper copy. They claim their prices are in line with Chewy and for some they are. Others they are more expensive. I do not think it is right that ownership is trying to make it difficult for their clients to shop where they want.
