Greenock Farm Veterinary Hospital Reviews
Todd and Pumpkin give Dr Wilson and her staff four paws up!Update June 2nd different visit- I had to say goodbye to Pumpkin who was almost 20 years old. His body was tired and it was time for him not to have those bad days anymore. Dr Wilson and Haley were so kind and did everything possible to make us both comfortable. They even gave him an injection of a sedative before the catheter so he could gently fall asleep in my arms. My main concern was for him to him to be scared. He wasn't scared at all, actually purred while the sedative kicked in. I rocked him to sleep singing his favorite song. After that he was humanely euthanized. No pain or awareness whatsoever.Thank you to Faithful Companion for the clay paw. They are by far the best cremation company around. I have been to their facility in Charlotte prior to this visit. It's a beautiful place and I was able to witness my dog's cremation. I wanted to be sure it was him I got back. They truly do private cremation, other places do partitioned private cremation. Huge difference.
Jun 15, 2025 · Stephanie WatsonWe recently brought a dog into our family and life has certainly changed...for the better. Greenock Farms has been fantastic in terms of catering to and assisting us with all of our questions for our newest family member! The staff has been incredible: helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Our veterinarian, Dr. Trenna Manwarren, has been exceptional! She loves animals and it shows. Very smart and happy to answer all of our questions. We are happy to drive the easy 30 mins from south Charlotte. Well worth it!
Mar 21, 2025 · Nathan ForbWe take our Westie here. They are super caring and empathetic. You can usually get in fairly quickly once you are a client. We have always had great service here.
Apr 06, 2025 · Bob McChristianAs always, the folks at Greenock Farms are always on top of things. I have been in customer service has my entire life, and CSRs are the front line of any business, sorting out exactly what each client needs, or needs to talk to, explains why you may or may not be able to get an appointment that day for whatever reason and prioritize things accordingly, so, I want to give a shout-out to Hillary and Shelby that work the front desk, and Kaley also. Their not the only ones but their ones that I feel maybe a connection with because I speak to them so often I recognize their voices also. With five animals, 4 which are seniors, you tend to call the vet a lot! I couldn't say enough about the veterinarians either. I've seen Wilson, Short, ManWarren, and Smoky or Puckett, and they all go above and beyond. And with my most recent visit, I would like to thank Dr. ManWarren for being so compassionate about my Lab Cooper's procedure and heartbreaking results that followed, and more importantly honest. Cooper won't be with us for very much longer, but I'll take whatever time is left and treasure it dearly. He will be comfortable and happy as long as he can, and the entire staff understands the devastation that comes along with losing the kind of family member that just so happens to have fur and paws. We just lost our beloved Jezebelle a few months ago. This place is not just a veterinarian's office but an extended family you see when your pets need any kind of care. If you are blessed enough to give them the honorof tending to the needs of your fur baby, you will not regret it. And I will say, I rest better knowing they treat mine just as if they were their own! If you are looking good animal care facility, look no further! Thank you guys. You rock!!!
Nov 25, 2024 · Mandy McClellanGreenock does a great job taking care of our horse, And we’ve been with them almost 8 years! Important to note that establishing and maintaining a good relationship with your vet is a two-way street. It’s hard to come by a responsive, professional equine vet these days, and staying up-to-date on vaccines, annual check ups, Coggins, etc., is an important piece. Vets are human too, burn out and get emotionally invested, so treat them well!!!
