Hite Julius M DVM Reviews
Absolutely disgusted with this office, will never take another of our pets there. We had to put a beloved dog down today, sweetest dog that has ever lived. SHE IS TERRIFIED OF THE VET. Sadly she had to be put to sleep because of medical reasons that could not be fixed. They refused to allow anyone back with her during this process. She was trembling before she was ever brought out of the car with fear. Trembling when she was brought in, after the sedation, she was so scared she did not fall asleep. They refused to allow us to be with her in her final moments!!! This process is supposed to be a comfortable way for them to pass on, but at this office it was anything but for our beloved girl!!! Their excuse was because they had set this rule in place during Covid. There was nobody in there wearing a mask so clearly Covid was not. Their top priority. Our dog spent her last moments in terror with strangers while her loved ones cried over her loss in the waiting room. The staff tried to be comforting, however we never even had the chance to speak with Dr. Hite until AFTER she was put to sleep and her body was being brought to the car. It is absolutely ridiculous that any animal spend their final moments alone in the hands of strangers overcome by fear!!! The dog loves car rides, she was perfectly fine until we got there just for clarification. I have lost all respect for this establishment.
Mar 22, 2024 · jaiden_hamby 2755Cost me $200 to get a parvo test and amoxicillin that I told them I already had at home and that's all they did for my puppy with parvo except say give her Gatorade. Went in a second time for a "special" food we could try to give her which only made her throw up again... $30 for amoxicillin that cost $10 at another vet... Some staff is nice some are not! They don't allow you in the back with your pet. We only went here because we got lied to at another vet that said they could fit her in. Vets are becoming heartless these days!!! All of them!
Apr 14, 2024 · mary roarkDr . Hite cared for all of my pets as a child, and at 40, he's still caring for my pets. I do mean to use the word "care". It's not always a pleasant reason to visit the vet, but he feels like family to us . You simply cannot find a more experienced veterinarian or a better man to understand how much we love our fur babies. We will be heartbroken if he ever does retire , but he sure has earned it. We love Nature Veterinary!
