Warrenton Animal Clinic Reviews
What a SPECIAL place! We were from out of town, here on a vacation when our beagle started showing signs of pain in her back. We called this animal clinic as soon as they opened and left a message to see if they could take us without a previous appointment. After waiting for about a half hour, we decided to drive over in person because we were afraid they had not received our message and we desperately wanted our Ellie to feel better. The ENTIRE staff here could not have been more accommodating!!!!!. Not only did they “squeeze us in” in a timely manner on a day normally set aside for morning surgeries but they also treated both us and our Ellie with compassion and loving care. Kudos to Dr. Amy, Tech Reagan and again the ENTIRE STAFF. The people of Warrenton our lucky to have this facility!Shaun, Donna and Ellie
Jun 17, 2025 · Shaun RohrbaughI always have a pleasant experience. Thank you to Dr Amy, Morgan, Kayla, and the delightful new assistants that did such an excellent job with my pets. WAC is the best! I am grateful to have a polite and knowledgeable vet care team in case my dogs get sick or hurt. If you don’t live in Warrenton, Warrenton Animal Clinic is worth driving a few extra miles.
Jun 06, 2025 · Marcy WrightLove this place. They take pride in helping all their clients and keeping them informed. It's difficult sometimes to get someone on the phone but I don't mind because they are busy and that means they are getting plenty of business and that means doggies and kitties are getting the checkups they need. My dogs love going to see the employees here. 100/100 recommend. The employees even love on the furbabies when they have a second.
Dec 31, 2024 · Brittany P.Not what it used to be, extremely unfortunate. Best vet and vet staff I've ever been to or had the pleasure of doing business with. Shortly after their move to a new location and maybe due to new reception staff but they did a 180 quicker than I've ever seen, a office that never answers the phone, doesn't call back voicemails, when I walk in with question I'm told "well there's like 40 voicemails right now" Okay I'm sorry that not my responsibility. I've given them chance after chance because I want them to be the vet office I always loved. I was turned away after being told I can't get my dogs flea treatment, because they suddenly all need individual visits for flea treatment.... They quoted a law that I researched and found is completely bogus! So lying to clientele in order to try and get more money out of them isn't too low for this vet clinic. Just wanted to warn others who appreciate a rural vet who's good with their clients, this is no longer where you should go. My apologies and the best to Amy and her family, I love them forever, but I hope this vet office get's a more competent front office help so they don't lose more clients.
May 23, 2025 · Heather BarceloBeautiful veterinarian practice tucked away on beautiful farm land owned by Dr Chris. The staff is very friendly, and courteous. They will handle your pet with care and explain prices and treatment plan in detail. It’s very beneficial, and financially important for this practice to offer low cost spay and neuter program, this helps both the residents of the county and the animal community. We know there are a lot of animals without homes already. This vet practice operates differently and you will need to call and leave a message for an appointment. They will return your call in a timely matter and provide excellent service. Also, they protect your health as well as by servicing you from your car. Stay in park and in car and they will come get animal and do payment from car as well. Things like this help minimize the spread of Covid.
