May 20, 2025 · Morgan Fitzgerald (Lambi)House of Mews is a gem for any cat lover! I’ve adopted two amazing cats from here, and I couldn’t be happier. The process was smooth and thoughtful, thanks to the incredible Elain, seriously, she’s the sweetest! Her and the team’s genuine care for the cats and dedication to matching them with the right homes is unmatched. You can tell she truly loves what she does and it shows in every detail. If you’re looking to expand your furry family, this is the place to go. Thank you, House of Mews (and Elain!), for helping me find my purr-fect companions!
Jan 26, 2025 · A CaeryPlease read. Worst experience ever. I didn’t feel welcomed and the place smelled awful. She didn’t want to sell the cats “that one isnt for sell , that one doesn’t liked to be picked up” she wasted my time @8:30am. She had a smart mouth too. I were there only 14mins and was utterly disgusted
Mar 29, 2025 · Carmen K.I just love watching the Cats sleeping and climbing through the windows! They have the coolest cat poster on the wall of a cat in full Fisherman's gear with a fish on its hook:)It's open at different times so call first if you want to go in! And they always have need of monetary and non monetary gifts^:^ *************** UPDATE ******1st time actually in the place, and the odor that wafts through the mail opening hits you with full force, The blonde lady @ the counter was snippy and bordeline rude, I made a comment about the hours, and that it was the 1st time we found it open when we're on that end of town and she made a snarky, toned comment about the hours being posted on the door. I believe their hours have changed within the last year. I've since learned she is the founder. Kudos to her for the work that's being done to protect and rehouse those beautiful Cats, but customer service training and some fabuloso might be in order.
