★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My cat has been vomiting recently, and despite her being a bit spicy and difficult to handle, Dr. Mandell and her team provided outstanding care. They treated her with patience and compassion, and kept us updated every step of the way with their findings and recommendations. Thanks to their attentive support, my kitty is already feeling better. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent veterinary care!
June 04 · Yanyi HeDr. Mandell is one of the best veterinarians I have ever met. She and her team took care of my cat Lili pretty well and even help me to trim my cat' nails. The receptionist is also really friendly and response all my question and concern quickly. I love the team so much! I would also recommend my friends to come for normal heath check and care.
June 04 · Zhiyuan CenDr. Mandell and her staff are always thorough and caring. I have a cat with inflammatory bowel disease and Dr. Mandell occasionally contacts me even when he's not due for an appointment to see how he's doing. All of my pets have received stellar care at Jefferson Park. Highly recommend.
June 05 · Barbara MadsenHad a great experience here! Dr. Carol is clearly very knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain things in a straightforward, helpful way. The team is very compassionate and patient with the pets.
June 06 · C KI am a very easy-going client, never give anyone any sort of stress, but Jefferson gives me a lot of stress. I took my pet here for one visit and I did not really enjoy the visit, just because I had to wait outside, but did appreciate how through the vet was and explaining things when they came to my car, they did right canine instead of feline on my prescription, that was a bit of a hassle, but it got figured out.I wanted to make a follow up appointment today And the receptionist was not only rude, but very condescending it made me feel like I didn’t matter. They told me that I needed to pay $85 right now on the phone because I was a no-show on my last appointment. I told them to please inform me of the date that I was a no-show, just because I never have missed an appointment in my life if I have confirmed it. Then all of a sudden, they said that it was a glitch on their end, and that I did come to my appointment, I left a sour taste in my mouth just because I felt like they did not even apologize or acknowledge that I have been accountable and then she called me, “honey,” which was very condescending. I told them that I will just call them back and then they hung up on me.
