November 12 · Austin ConourThe best people around! They truly care about animals - more than most vets in Decatur. They took care of an emergency with my dad's cat when no one in Decatur would. We are taking all of our animals there now. Additionally- Northgate wanted to charge $ 680 for what KVAH charged 300 for. Highly recommend @
July 14 · Kat ThomasStaff and doctors are so friendly and helpful EVERY time I take my pets in. Most of my interactions have been with Dr Birch, she's knowledgeable and patient, never makes me feel rushed.
July 11 · D TabbWe love KVAH and so does our puppy! Dr. Florey always takes the time to answer all of our questions and is a wonderful vet! We would recommend KVAH to anyone needing veterinary services.
June 06 · Kari FergusonThey were able to provide a medical record where a pet was spayed by their facility, yet turned me away and told me to call the U of I for vaccines. By the record given, the pet has never had vaccines. Far from the first time I've been disappointed with services, but will certainly be the last.
