Mary Lou Russell Animal Welfare Complex Reviews
Would like to recognize front desk girl "Shannon" for being exceptionally and incredibly rude. She accused me of "not wanting to pay" and she "can't deal with you right now". Just what you need to deal with after your dog waited over 9 hours for her procedures and the Doctor tells you he "couldn't complete everything because I ran out of time". Wow. Shannon, I'm sure Jennifer Barker would love to hear about you...and I'm more than happy to tell her.

Nov 25, 2024 · James WhiteThese ladies were the absolute best! Our puppy got parvo and we drove from Ocala to here. She is stern but very kind and understanding. She is there because she loves her life! Thank you ladies so much for all the information you gave us and helping us! I will be donating to this place in hopes to show how grateful I am. Our son will have a puppy to continue to grow up with because of y'all's hard work and dedication.
Jul 10, 2021 · Summer BreidenbachWord of advice, don’t book anything else the day of your appointment because you will be waiting forever just to be seen. It has already been an hour since my appointment time after checking in 10 minutes early and I am still waiting for my pup to get in the building. This has been a reoccurring theme at this location and the excuses are getting ridiculous at this point.
Sep 02, 2020 · K ReedIf you don’t mind waiting for hours past your appt time then this is the place for you. Not sure why they even make appts at this place when clearly you’re required to wait hrs past your time.
