Mebane Veterinary Hospital Reviews
The person who scheduled the appointment was incredibly rude and a very poor communicator both times I spoke with them. I provided proof of vaccination as asked and then they proceeded to cancel my appointment. I can't say enough, stay away and for the love of your pet go somewhere else.Yes, I stated I would never use them again because the customer service rep refused to explain the rabies vaccination policy, which I completely understand and agree with once it was explained to me, but because this place cares so little for the pets they treat they cancelled the appointment. Claim whatever you would like Mebane Veterinary Hospital but this isn't your only bad review that states how cold and rude the staff is.
Oct 07, 2024 · joe jennessDr. Brady and her staff take care of our two border collies. I've used a lot of veterinarians over the years and Dr. Brady is without a doubt one of the best. She's compassionate, knowledgeable, and and all around wonderful veterinarian. I recommend her practice without hesitation.
Aug 12, 2018 · John SimsI have taken my pets here for years. They are the absolute best.
Apr 02, 2025 · amy hartI moved from Northwestern Vermont to Burlington, NC 10 months ago. I brought my 2 cats ~Stiles (long-haired tuxedo 12y/o male) and Pickle (medium- long haired cow cat 6 y/o female) to be seen. Both are indoor only. The staff there are all great- from the front desk, to techs, and we had Dr Ann taking care of us. Easy to find location, and I was really impressed with their pet-safe intake process ( you call from your vehicle- and a staff member comes out to bring you and your pet(s) in). Stiles and Pickle both needed routine check-ups, some matter fur shaved, and nails done. The staff came up with a plan to make the visit as stress-free as possible for all of us. Pre Meds provided and they were dropped off to give plenty of time for them to get more medication if needed. I really liked Dr Ann’s common- sense approach to vaccines and care. Everyone gave you plenty of time so you didn’t feel rushed at all-even though they were busy. Truly exceptional care!!
Jul 03, 2024 · Cheryl BodgeI have been going there with my cats through generations of pets. They are very thorough with their examinations. Office staff is very caring and concerned. I have had to euthanize a few cats and they're very compassionate and treat the cats gently.
