★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Impressed from the first phone call with Chris to get our 10 year old Golden, Cooper, an appointment with oncology. He has just been diagnosed with Lymphoma and we are heartbroken. They got him in right away as time is of the essence to get this in remission. The front desk staff were so friendly. Dr. McQuown and her staff were so informative and pro active to getting our pup started on treatment. We feel so blessed to have found MedVet.
August 16 · Lisa KordesThis clinic deserves 5 stars. The front office was friendly, the technician kind and informative and the doctor (Dr. Thomas Graves) absolutely outstanding. A wealth of knowledge you don’t want to miss. I felt at ease immediately. He listened, summarized what I experienced with my pet and my dog’s endoscopy went smoothly. I was updated via sms regarding what was happening and when to pick my pooch up again. I hope I don’t have too many cases to be looked after at a clinic but I would definitely visit this clinic again
August 17 · Cindy StThe care and attention for my cat’s urgent needs were so appreciated. My 13 year old cat is beginning health complications and I was so grateful for Dr. Lucy and her staff and the thoughtful care she gave to my Princess. She is bouncing back so well after our visit. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Here is a picture of her cuddling with me while resting on her antibiotic ❤️
August 19 · Alexis PhillipsThank you MedVet for taking such amazing care of my beautiful boy. I received several phone calls a day while he was in the hospital so I always knew how he was doing. He is back to his happy, tail-wagg’n silly self. Thank you for saving his life!!
August 22 · Debra PontiousWhile I understand, these situations are difficult it’s important to recognize some things. The staff is overworked. I witness on multiple occasions people that were forced to come in that were sick listening to people that hadn’t had days off and also working over 12 hours. While I understand, they are very busy you need to limit your intake or your appointments if you cannot handle the capacity. I felt like my dog was not cared for properly because she was just another to-do list on a chart. The staff had missed things for an entire day while under their care. She had so many different nurses so many different doctors the amount of care I was promised versus what I saw was so different. There is no detailed care there…They will also rush you during every single one of your visits with your pet and give you attitude when you request more time. If your animal has a serious disease or needs to be hospitalized, do not bring them here. Your poor pet will just be passed along from overworked person to overworked person.- I felt like they didn’t really care for my dog and I was just a great way to make a lot of money for them. -
