Located conveniently on West Lisbon Avenue, this established facility operates as a complete **Animal hospital** and a full-featured **Veterinarian** clinic. Their primary mission, led by Dr. Singh who has been practicing in the Milwaukee area since 1997, is to deliver the highest standard of quality and compassion in **Veterinary Services** for their patients—primarily focusing on **Dogs And Cats**, but also extending care to **Pocket Pets** and **Small Mammals**.
The hospital is committed to a proactive approach to pet well-being, emphasizing **Preventive Health** and routine wellness to ensure a long and healthy life for your animal companion. This comprehensive focus means that whether your pet is a new kitten requiring initial vaccines or a senior dog needing specialized **Geriatric Health** management, the team is equipped to provide continuous and dedicated **Animal Care** throughout all life stages.
One aspect that distinguishes this clinic is the personal level of service and deep commitment demonstrated by the primary veterinarian, Dr. Singh. As evidenced in patient testimonials, this veterinarian takes a hands-on approach, personally communicating important lab results, explaining next steps in complex situations—such as a cat with major kidney issues—and demonstrating a patient, empathetic, and proactive demeanor during stressful times. This dedication builds strong trust within the local community, making the clinic feel like a supportive family resource rather than just a medical facility.
In addition to routine medical services, the Animal Care Hospital/Clinic provides crucial support for unexpected health crises. The facility is equipped to handle **Emergency & Urgent Care** situations, offering **Emergency Treatment** during operating hours. While walk-ins are often accommodated in urgent cases, the staff recommends calling ahead. The presence of in-house capabilities, including a fully stocked **In-House Pharmacy** and diagnostic facilities, ensures that prompt and efficient care can be administered immediately when your pet's health is on the line.
The clinic's offerings go beyond core medical services. Recognizing the need for trusted supervision when pet owners are away, the facility also provides **Pet boarding service**. They maintain a well-ventilated, temperature-regulated boarding area with spacious accommodations for dogs and cats of all sizes. While this service is invaluable for clients, especially those whose pets require medical monitoring while boarding, the clinic strongly advises that owners clearly communicate their pet's dietary needs and other specific care instructions to ensure a positive experience for their animal companion.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- Dr. Singh took care of my mother’s dog for most of his life. He always took such good care of Apollo, right up until the end. He currently cares for my two cats.He discovered my cat Kabuki is having major issues with his kidneys. He took the time to call me himself to discuss the results. The front desk was very patient with us, and managed to squeeze Kabuki in between patients the following day. Not only did Dr. Singh explain the next steps and teach me how to administer subQ fluids, he also comforted me as I’m very worried about my sweet Buki boy.I am very grateful to have him as a vet during such a stressful situation. He has been patient, empathetic and proactive. I cannot recommend him enough! July 19 · Sophie
- I’m very disappointed with my Pomeranian Lola’s most recent boarding experience. My brother had been watching her, but when he had to leave, I called her veterinarian to arrange boarding. This was her second time there-her first stay was great, but this time was awful. They called me saying she had diarrhea. I explained that she often gets it when she eats a different brand of food, and I asked them to please keep her on her usual diet. Not only did they seem annoyed about having to clean her, but when my brother picked her up, she had fleas and still had poop on her.I called to complain, but the manager never got back to me. When I did speak with staff, they reminded me that it’s a veterinarian’s office and fleas can happen-but to me, that’s like saying a hospital ER should have blood everywhere. It’s unacceptable, and I haven’t heard anything since. August 21 · Denisha Garcia
- We made the decision a while ago to switch to a private veterinary practice and we’re very glad we did. We are quite impressed with Dr. Singh’s knowledge and skills in treating our cats. His compassion is obvious as he takes the time to thoroughly discuss our pets’ medical needs and treatment plans. And to top it off, his staff is “the cat’s meow”! July 15 · Kathie Hoffman
- So I am a mother of a special-needs child who had a stroke at birth. He’s not been doing very well lately. So I haven’t had time to take my cat into the vet. But he is on a special diet because of his bladder. It’s a prescription. I called them up and said hey I need to get my cats prescription filled because my cats about to run out of food. They told me they weren’t gonna fill the prescription until I brought the cat in. So I asked them. What can I substitute to give my cat for food until I can get him into the vet and they told me only the prescription food is what he can get. So I asked them OK can you give me a bag of food now and then we set up an appointment. The girl with all the tattoos all over her arms. Was so rude that I had to physically go in there and drop the money on the counter and walk out. I overpaid for the bag of food I grabbed they never credited the money to my Account. They kept $40 of mine. The last time I went in there, they gave me a bill of $600. They made my dog, get an x-ray and gave him antibiotics that he didn’t need. When I asked them for the paperwork so I can get a copy of the prescription so I could start buying it on chewy they wouldn’t give it to me. The girl who has tattoos all over her arms, super ignorant. I think she runs the place or she thinks she runs the place. But don’t worry she’ll be seeing me again. She wanna smile in my face like she got the last laugh that’s why I set the money on the counter, grab the bag and left out because of her stink ass attitude. They destroyed my care credit card. Because they keep making me bring my pets in for unnecessary bull crap. We know my cat has a bladder problem. Why do you guys keep checking his urine. As long as he is getting a bladder control medication then he should be good. If I start noticing that the medication‘s not working then I bring him back in and we try to figure it out. But constantly having me come in for urine checks is destroying my credit. I don’t work. I take care of my special needs son. They don’t care. The lady that works there that has alopecia where she’s losing her hair. She’s amazing. I wish she would find a different job somewhere else. Because she’s getting a bad rep for everybody else. She’s the best employee they got. June 24 · Brittany Sutton
- I took my dogs for vaccination there and the vet was more concerned about things not relevant to their health. He was really recommending dental cleaning on them even with their tooth cleaned (I brush them daily) and asked to take blood tests on them to perform the cleaning anyway. I received the reports saying they were OK for the sedation procedure for cleaning the tooth. One year later, I discovered that the report was not approved for sedation at all because of a kidney disease that he has not initiated any treatment one year ago. Now, my dog is suffering of the consequences of having not initiated a treatment soon, because Dr was forcing us to not relevant procedures. I would definitely avoid them as much as I can.
