★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- I’ve always had a terrific experience. I have a cat with vaccine allergies. We have found a regiment that works for him, and the staff is patient, understanding, and supportive of this. Dr. Kicker and his staff use evidence based practice to keep my cats safe and healthy. Thank you Wauwatosa Veternary Clinic May 04 · Rebecca Westphal
- It’s been a very difficult and stressful past few months figuring out treatments and solutions for my dog Remi’s allergies and consistent itching. Dr. Kicker and his team were incredibly understanding, kind, reassuring, and supportive. They took the time to hear me out, while also granting me the space to feel frustrated. And when I was told Remi’s itching could be purely behavioral, I felt ashamed, overwhelmed, and began to cry. Dr. Kicker didn’t interrupt me, he didn’t leave the room, and he didn’t become uncomfortable. He acknowledged how I was feeling and gave me the encouragement I really needed. I appreciated the kindness from the doctor as well as from the rest of the staff. Empathy and compassion are so hard to find these days, but there is plenty of both at the Tosa Vet Clinic. We will definitely be back! February 07 · Sabrina
- I’ve been bringing my two dogs here for years and couldn’t be more grateful for their exceptional care. I’ve seen almost every vet here, and they are all knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. They’ve caught multiple health conditions early, greatly improving my dogs' quality of life. Beyond the excellent care, everyone at the clinic is kind, helpful, and truly dedicated to both pets and their owners. I trust them wholeheartedly and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend! - Another year, another great experience with Dr. Kicker. He took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed each one with practical solutions, including recommendations for dental products, pain medication for my older dog, and advice on food quantities. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated how he honed in on important details, like the bones I had been giving my dog that were too hard, offering healthier alternatives. His reasonable approach stands out—when we discussed my younger dog's tooth fracture, instead of pushing for immediate removal, we agreed to monitor it since my dog is currently doing well. It’s refreshing not to feel like unnecessary costs are being added. As long as we’re in Wisconsin, we'll continue coming here. Pricing is hard to compare, but I do know that at my previous vet, they mistakenly swapped my dogs’ shots, which made me uncomfortable continuing with them. Dr. Kicker and his team provide great care, leaving me confident in their handling of my two pups.Such a great experience. Dr. Kicker listened to all of my concerns and provided a variety of recommendations. When it came to a cyst on my dogs back, due to the nature of it, he recommended removing it as soon as possible, but with my second dogs small painless growth, he provided feedback and we determined it was a situation that we could watch it over time. I appreciate not feeling rushed during the appointment and receiving advice without feeling pressured. October 02 · Angela Jerel Grupe
- I've been here a few times, but my second visit hurt. The clinic helped me get through my rough spot of losing my eldest cat, Lucy. It was definitely a hard day, but i appreciate them letting me bring her lifeless body. 😭 I don't see why they wouldn't, but i trust them completely, and I'll be awaiting to retrieve what's left of her. Thank you Wauwatosa Vet Clinic. 💜(1st picture-ended up being the last)(2nd picture- when she was healthy & active) December 01 · Kelly W
