★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I switched all of my dogs over to this vet office. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are a lot more affordable than the ones in Rowlett, and the staff handles every animal with proper care. I have extremely high energy and high drive dogs, and they handled them with no problems. They go above and beyond every time I visit.
June 11 · Cam YbarraI had such a wonderful experience at Mercy Animal Clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Nicole went above and beyond to make sure Phoebe felt calm and comfortable, and it meant so much to see her treated with such compassion. The doctors and team were professional, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all my questions. I truly felt like Phoebe was in the best hands, and it gave me great peace of mind knowing they genuinely cared about her well-being.I’m so grateful for the excellent care we received, and I will definitely continue trusting them with Phoebe’s health. Highly recommend!
August 19 · Britnie ByrdI started taking my dogs to see dr. Hamlin years ago, they were already over the age of 10. I moved to Austin 3 years ago but would still travel back to Mercy for their major visits. My little one got kidney failure and cancer and I immediately drove her back to mercy for their care. They did everything they could, with love and kindness. But at the age of 17, it was her time to go. Nicole was so kind but pragmatic. She let me know it was time and I reluctantly knew it was too. She stayed after hours to administer euthanasia. She sat by my side while I said goodbye to my baby. I will always be grateful to her and her kindness. And to dr. Hamlin for getting her through heart failure and back problems and giving me the option to care for her without draining my life savings and talking me through every option of their critical care. Thank you so much Rick and Nicole.
June 21 · Allyson EWe have 2 cats. Lily Loo age 18 and Miranda age 16. Dr. Hamlin has always been their vet. Miranda was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism over a year ago and with guidance from Dr. Hamlin and Nicole she is doing pretty okay with her meds.Lily Loo passed away in December. She had diabetes since 2015 along with related health issues that Dr Hamlin and Nicole addressed. Nicole is so patient and empathetic with us - such worried and anxious "cat parents."When Lily Loo was nearing the end of her 18+ years, Nicole exhibited the perfect balance of tough love and compassion with us AND was so gentle with our sweet Lily Loo. We are eternally grateful. Thank you Nicole. ~April & Joe
April 25 · JMJ TWe had a great introductory visit with Dr Hamlin with our Shepard dog first visit for shots and bloodwork. Koda did great and we were pleased with discussing her well being. We look forward to bringing our older dog later this year. Our POLAR rescue introduced us to this practice and know all of our rescues are in good hands.
