★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- I love love LOVE, respect and admire the entire staff at Noah's Ark! Whether it's my geckos, bunny or my dog, I know that the staff cares equally about all of them. When one of my dogs needed emergency surgery, one of the vets was incredible enough to delay her vacation to stay and do the procedure. They are truly, absolutely, 110% the best and only vet clinic I will ever use. Thank you so much for your services. May 22 · Kate De.
- We have been coming to Noah's Ark for seven years now. We've always had great services and visits. This last visit for us was not expected. Something drastically changed with my fur baby, so we took her in to be examined. While we pursued treatment for a few days, my fur baby's body was fighting against our attempts, and we had to make the humane decision to assist her in crossing over the rainbow bridge. Doctor Amber has always been pleasant and she was so kind during this difficult time for us. Her bedside manner and the way she talked with us was very considerate, empathetic, and very much appreciated. January 17 · Ashley Brown
- Dr. Amber and her team are the definition of people who do what they do because of their love for animals! The care, compassion, kindness and patience my pets have received from all of them is unmatched. Dr. Amber is the first vet that has not been too afraid to get close to my dog, or touch her at all for that matter, and in return she’s the first vet our girl responded to in a positive way. We were able to get the best comprehensive exam we’ve ever had in 8 years, and actually get a treatment plan that has already started to show progress. Dr Amber worked in our sweet Beagle during an ice storm after she’d been misdiagnosed by another vet, and even though we lost her, I’ll never forget the love and care she showed our girl that day, nor will I forget the comforting hug she gave me in one of the hardest moments of my life. She takes care of my Sugar Gliders that are less than 1 pound, all the way up to my Cane Corso that is 147lbs (we are working hard on lowering that, don’t judge me lol)! I will NEVER go anywhere else, and can’t thank them enough. BEST VETERINARY CLINIC EVER! ❤️ June 25 · TLLMO
- I just went in this morning to see about euthanizing a 19-year old cat that we inherited when my mother-in-law went into a facility. I was immediately told by the receptionist because they haven't seen her that they wouldn't do it. She didn't allow me to tell her the circumstances, we have been customers of Noah's Ark for YEARS with our other cats. My parents have been customers for over 30 years with all of their animals. My mother just passed away less than two weeks ago and I KNOW she is very angry right now. I left in tears and not so much because we can't find somebody else to take care of this poor cat in pain but because the disrespect I felt and total LACK OF EMPATHY.....do NOT work at an animal hospital if you don't care about animals. I will personally write Dr. Greg and company about this because like I said my parents have been customers of theirs for a long time and I don't think he would approve of the experience I had this morning. - I am thankful for Judy and all of her help with my dog Milo. She got us in when there was a cancellation. She has helped with getting emails to the doctor in a timely matter and sincerely cares. Dr. Will Crouch took over my dog Milo’s care when Dr. Greg retired. Dr. Will is an excellent doctor and my dog Milo is in great care. Noah’s ark has been apart of my family my 30 years of life. The care provided has been more helpful and a big difference. 10/10 will always recommend this clinic. Big kudos and much love to all staff. August 08 · Christina
