The front desk lady was very polite and nice but when the nurse came in all we got was attitude. They asked what flea and tick prevention and when I said I needed to look it up because we just go it, she huffed and then walked out. She told the doctor that I dont even know what medication my dog was on, I could hear all this from inside the closed office room. Im sure people from the lobby could hear it all too. We ended up leaving and scheduled an appointment with a different vet.

Good vet but I was quoted originally $150 and it came to $228.. but I kind of expected it, we had spoken about a few choices for the animal and almost everyone has a way of upping the price... But as a veterinary clinic in my opinion it was pretty good, I am pleased with the outcome, most were friendly and helpful.The front desk lady is kind of a stick in the mud, don't try to make small talk or anything. Unless she was having a bad day 🤔But I recommend this place for sure.

Hour and a half in the lobby and never made it to a room with three dogs. They were “running over an hour behind” and refused to reschedule our dogs together. The man child at the desk was extremely rude and condescending to my wife. The face of the business has ultimately lost clients due to his disregard for people’s time and disrespect as an overall human. Go anywhere else but Minerva Vet!
