★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- I switched my 2 cats and my newest one there and was completely disappointed and pissed. This business is only interested in making money and not about individual animal care! I scheduled a surgery, brought my little girl home and encountered some major issues. After I spent $380! They told me to go on Amazon to find the Solution? When you pay a Vet to do major surgery, you would expect follow up care and legit advice. Not "I'll call you back" and never calling!Ps- I did say "this is BS". They were unprepared, sent my pet home with me and told me to buy something on Amazon?? This Business needs a better Post-Op plan to ensure your pet is safe! Otherwise you will be right back in, spending more money, and having to take time off work to watch them. I'm pretty sure ANY pet owner would be livid. When someone doesn't call you back after 2 hrs and you have to call back in again- with a weekend coming up where they are closed- it's completely unacceptable. A good Vet doesn't blame their customers for their incompetence! September 26 · Mark Kotnour
- After searching for awhile for a new veterinarian after my former one retired, I found this clinic. Wonderful experience from start to finish! They were kind on the phone and able to get me in last minute with my cat. The first impression upon arrival was great; adorable, welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. We were immediately brought into the exam room, asked questions and addressed our concerns. Everything was up front and clearly explained as we left our Gabby there to be looked at in between visits. By early afternoon we received a call back from the doctor explaining the outcome and the treatment. Upon pick up, we were once again greeted professionally, kindly and thoroughly walked through the results and treatment. Beyond impressed with this place and I’m relieved to have a new vet clinic 😀 July 26 · Shelly Harms
- We brought our dog in for a cleaning after he had an infected tooth. We talked to the staff when we dropped him off and again when they called explaining that we did not want them to pull a bunch of his teeth (they did that earlier this year to my elderly dog who was only supposed to have 1 tooth pulled and they pulled 10 without so much as a phone call to ask). We told them that we had been looking into ways to help heal his teeth and gums and were set to implement these things after his cleaning. If he needed A COUPLE of bad ones pulled we stated that was fine. Well, they called later that day only to tell me that they had pulled 13 teeth! This is only a 5 year old dog and they never called to get permission to do so. That, along with the fact that we were very adamant prior to him getting the procedure done, was obviously a shock and we were very upset. When my husband went to pick up our dog and asked to speak with the vet and view the x-rays (so she could explain why she did such a thing when we specifically asked her not to) she was conveniently "not available". He was left to talk to the vet tech, shown no x-rays, and we never once received a call from the vet explaining why she had taken such action. I am appalled at how our dog and we were treated. I don't understand at what point they decided they could just do whatever they wanted and completely ignore what we had stated we wanted done with OUR dog. Furthermore, they never even followed up the next day to see how he was doing after they ripped out 13 teeth. I would steer clear of this place if you are someone who doesn't just let the vet do whatever they want with your dog, because apparently that's what they do here. July 27 · Jennifer P
- Wonderful staff and Doctors. They have all gone above and beyond in helping us with our sweet girl. Our dog actually loves going there! That says a lot. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for your knowledge, expertise, patience, and kindness. It means the world to us! April 04 · Jill Haucke
- There is no one else I would trust my pet to than Dr. Rider. She goes beyond out of her way to try and accommodate all her clients' needs; even when it is not convenient for her. Dr. Rider does anything, and everything in her power to treat my pet and to make sure they get the care they need, running necessary tests and performing ONLY NECESSARY procedures. Dr. Rider is knowledgeable, stays up to date by educating herself even further, and is the kindest veterinarian you will ever meet. Absolute joy visiting her. July 30 · Roosa Lowe
