Normandy Animal Hospital Reviews
Meant to write this a while ago - we brought our sweet 7 yr old Rosie here in March, as she had been vomiting all night and morning, and was unable to keep even water down. We came in during the walk in hours and were seen very quickly! Of course we were extremely worried about our girl, thinking worst case scenarios, crying even. The front desk/technician staff were so compassionate. And once we got Rosie seen, they let us know all her vitals were good right away and that her tummy was not swollen or anything that seemed extremely concerning. We were given anti nausea meds and told if they worked, good deal, likely a stomach bug or something similar. If not, bring her back right away as we then had a bigger problem. Thank goodness the medicine worked that same day.I cannot say enough about how compassionate and thorough the entire staff was. They requested we call back the next day and let them know how she was doing. I did just that, and they were happy to hear she was well. We are very thankful!!
Jul 15, 2025 · Katie WilliamsUsually a long wait time, but the price and level of care from both doctors and staff are amazing. They genuinely care about the health of the animals and are a decent price for services. Also posted the changes in their hours.
May 26, 2025 · JosephThe staff is always friendly and takes really good care of Bane. The wait time is long but the quality of care is great. They did a great job with his ear cropping
Jul 06, 2025 · Kelly WilliamsThe staff here are absolutely amazing. Highly affordable, walk-in only clinic. We barely waited once we arrived, the staff took great care of the kittens we brought in for care and they negotiated the cost for us to ensure that the kittens were taken care of, without breaking the bank. Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for a low-cost, high quality, veterinary office!!
Jul 14, 2025 · Madi BlissI was disappointed to hear that Dr Mike left. He was my cats go to vet. But Dr George was very knowledgeable about what was going on with my cat and very compassionate about the circumstances. My cat passed away in the end.I will go back to see Dr George again and the practice although as others have said the wait is very long. I would rather wait for an appointment at home.I would recommend that they triage the patients on intake to set the priorities because I brought Ricky back in as an emergency and had to wait while the doc talked to someone getting a 2nd opinion on a toe problem for their dog. During that time my Ricky lay on the cold floor (his choice) for an hour and lost a lot of body temperature. I don’t blame the Doc for this just their process and the fact that I didn’t take him in his carrier because I thought an emergency would be taken right away.
