We are forever grateful to Emancipet and Dr. Jonathan Ball for saving our dog Molly’s life. May 13, 2025 · Almedina FazliuMy Ollie was neutered on Saturday at Emancipet in NE Hilly. Highly recommend. They took good care of my dog and the staff were both friendly and professional .
Apr 03, 2025 · Lisa FallonAlways good service technicians in Doctor always nice always smiling a lot of times with a lot of people but definitely come for good prices and good people. Save my puppy’s life.
May 07, 2025 · Vlad GoblinI literally drove almost 2 hours on a Saturday to get my dog in for an emergency surgery and I would do it again! At first the phone call was not convincing that they care but arriving to the facility and know reps work from home made me understand why the phone call didn’t put me at ease. Dr Lopez was the one who performed the surgery and I just loved her from the moment she stepped in the room. The nurses and doctor were so comforting and literally put my heart at ease and made it known they will take care of my little Mia. They took the time to answer all my questions and give me the attention I needed and I thank them for that. My Mia had a life threatening bacterial infection that would cause her life and they took it very serious. Thank you so much!
Jun 29, 2025 · kathlyn mattosI took my French Bulldog , Chapo in to get neutered on 2/7/2025 . He was two years and a couple of months old. We had researched and found great reviews about emancipet but unfortunately I won’t be able to say I had a great experience with them .We were aware of the risks involved in having our French Bulldog neutered, and we asked our questions to the technician. They reassured us that they had experience working with French Bulldogs before, we asked the technician taking him to the back if he would be okay which she reassured us by saying ‘ I swear to god , he will be okay ‘However, a couple of hours after dropping Chapo off, we received a call informing us that he had passed away after his procedure. I’m not writing this review to criticize or blame anyone, as I understood the initial risks associated with anesthesia. However, I want to share my experience with any French Bulldog owners, let me be your lesson . Please do your research and trust your gut feeling.
