July 07 · Michelle YIn over five decades of caring for animals, I’ve rarely encountered a veterinary clinic as lacking in compassion, professionalism, and basic hospitality as this one. From my very first visit, the tone was unwelcoming—staff were curt, inflexible, and showed little interest in helping or even listening. This isn’t an isolated customer service issue—it’s a systemic, top-down cultural problem.Veterinary care should be rooted in empathy and trust. Sadly, this clinic operates as if those values are optional. I will not return, and I strongly urge fellow pet owners to seek care elsewhere—there are far better options in the Boulder area that still understand what it means to truly care for pets and the people who love them.
May 27 · G SDr. Patton is amazing. My girl, Bliss was not stressed at all about her visit to the vet clinic. Dr. Patton was so good with her as well as the veterinary technician.
February 07 · Dean StankovicI had a terrible experience at this vet. I’ve never met a vet with so little compassion and empathy. They were cold the moment I walked in. I was treated as if I was neglecting my pet. They were rude and inhospitable. Told me nothing helpful about cat when I was asking for advice. When I was leaving they asked “are you going to just carry your cat home or do you have a car?” in a very demeaning tone. Will not be returning and urge other pet owners to go somewhere else.
June 09 · Katherine ShawlI am always happy with the good care my parrot receives. Dr Brown and Dr Patton are excellent with my somewhat fractious bird. The techs are gentle but efficient. Highly recommend this practice. I love that it is open on weekends too!
