★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1They were always expensive compared to other vets in the other area, but the doctors and staff used to be outstanding. Since COVID in 2020, that is no longer the case. They are not responsive at all and the care has declined drastically. I would STRONGLY recommend that you do not go to NorthPaws. We will be finding a new vet for our animals after almost 20 years of being a loyal customer.
June 11 · Rhode Island MagicAfter being with North Paws for 20 years of service, I can say I am definitely taking my services elsewhere. Their staff are rude. They are highly overpriced. They charge you for things that they shouldn’t. I just received a disturbing letter from Dr. Paradise, which I only met once in 20 years because my dog was spayed and I was upset and I called and I was rude on the phone to the employee which I fully admit, he sent me a letter stating that if I was rude to his employees, one more time, I would have to take my services elsewhere after 20 years of seeing my pets and never met the man but once That’s what you get. I am very sorry, but I have been there since they opened and watched them go from a very healthy happy establishment to their upgrade to a hospital. Now they downgrade to how much can I charge we don’t care about you. It’s all about the money, not the pet.
July 05 · Jessica M FoxThis is the greatest vet our family has ever had. We absolutely love the care they have shown for our dogs and cats over many years. Their compassionate staff and concern for our animals' diverse needs makes NorthPaws our family's choice for veterinarians.
August 03 · Nick InglisNorthPaws offers great veterinarian services. They have been our pet care facility for roughly 10 years. And have cared for our cat Jack, our dog Pepper who are no longer with us, And currently our Senior Border Beagle, and 1 year old Texas Heeler. Our heeler recently underwent spaying surgery. We were well informed of what-to-expect, including recovery. Post op, her scar is barely visible. The process went smoothly, communication effective, and again genuine care for our pup, as if it were their own.We recently lost our dog of 11 years. They helped to guide us with care and treatment options and when it was time to go, we cried together. When the time comes, know that the staff truly care and always do their best for the pets and their owners.
June 14 · Melissa PugliaI couldn't be happier with the care that my pets have received from Dr Paradise and the staff at North Paws! I had a very high strung chihuahua, Max, who had a very difficult time being away from me. Dr Paradise always let me stay with Max when having dental procedures - I held him until he was groggy with pre-meds, then I held him after the procedure until he was fully awake and ready to go home. Max had never received such kind, understanding care before seeing Dr Paradise and staff.I currently have a fearful black Lab/pittie mix who is also treated with very gentle and compassionate care. Thank you to Dr Paradise and staff at North Paws!
