Odd Pet Vet Reviews
Being the owner of many guinea pigs, finding a vet that is reasonably priced and also deals with exotic animals has always been a struggle. Odd pet vet hits the nail on the head! Plus vets here are amazing and know what they are about. Would highly recommend this vet, especially if you have exotic pets.
May 31, 2025 · Rajesh SukhuThe best vet I have ever been to. My red eared slider had a respiratory infection/stopped eating and due to the emergency I took her to Tufts emergency hospital. I was given antibiotics and pain medications and they were great but I didn't feel I got enough advice. I decided to visit the odd pet vet knowing the experience Dr. Mertz has and him and the facility exceeded my expectations. Dr. Mertz is incredible and his knowledge and love for animals shows when he treats your pet. He was able to teach me the right way to inject her medications and even made sure she was fed during the visit. We were welcomed to explore the facility and visit the animals downstairs. They also have an amazing exhibit upstairs with history and models and photos of animals they have rescued. Even if you don't have a pet you need to get in to see the exhibit! I can't express how pleased I am with the odd pet vet as well as Dr. Mertz and his team! Just an amazing place and I can't wait to return! ❤️
Jul 11, 2024 · Kimberly RaymondI trust this place with my whole heart. My little girl, Ellie, has been here for surgeries. The staff are so attentive and friendly the moments of my own nervousness for my little rat. They called right before they put her under anaesthesia I was so impressed and thankful for them. (Ellie is doing great btw) I trust them with all tiny paws
May 29, 2024 · Niamh JOdd Pet is amazing! The staff are so kind and we've trusted them to perform three surgeries on our little rat Ellie. They helped me move up an appointment when the mass under her arm was affecting her movement. I recommend them to any rat owner or other odd pet! I'll also note, I think their prices are reasonable compared to what we were charged at another vet for just a visit.
Jan 15, 2025 · Jonathan HaarstickI take in neglected reptiles and sometimes small animals and I refer all my friends to bring their exotic animals here. They have to most caring staff and very affordable prices. A reptile I saved was given 1 week to live due to the condition he came to me and odd vet pet helped me give him a fighting Chance. I refuse to take any of my reptiles or small animals anywhere else and only go to odd vet pet. The wild life center has also helped save multiple geese hit by cars in my neighborhood. You won’t meet more kind hearted people then the Drs and staff at NE wild life center/odd vet pet. I’d also like to mention Maryanne who is such an amazing receptionists with a huge heart.
