Randolph Animal Hospital Reviews
First time here bringing my girl here for a wellness exam and her updated vaccines! It was a busy Saturday morning but we were finished in a timely manner! Since we were new customers, we got an estimate of how much the appointment would be which is nice. She was very relaxed when Jenna (the vet assistant) and Dr. Susan Harrington came in. I wanted to give a shoutout to Jenna and her coworker (I forget her name, I’m sorry!) when administrating the shots - we were in the room with them and Princess was SO chill when she got both in, she was just looking out the window!Really liked it here and the prices were reasonable!
Apr 21, 2025 · Jenny NMy cat loona and I had a really bad experience at another hospital with the staff including the vet and I was a little nervous bringing her to Randolph animal hospital and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made the nurse and the doctor were great very gentle and very helpful and supportive. They really care about our babies and the way they treat my baby I was very grateful and happy. Definitely bringing my other babies to them.
Jan 18, 2025 · merleny polancoI recently had a cat that was starting to have some medical issues so I needed to bring her to a vet and one of my friends recommended Randolph Animal Hospital. I brought my cat and she was seen by the staff and Dr. Cashel. I eventually had to bring her back later and put her to sleep sadly. Throughout this whole process, I found the staff to be extremely friendly, comforting and professional. The staff even went as far as to send me a handwritten condolence letter which I was very surprised, but happy to receive. I felt as though they really do care for their customers and animals they care for. I also found the prices to be very reasonable, being lower then I expected. I highly recommend Randolph Animal Hospital and they will be my Vet for all my future pets.
Jun 25, 2025 · Austin BroderickSo thankful for Randolph Animal Hospital! They saw our ferret on a Saturday for a same day emergency visit, did a chest X-ray, and prescribed antibiotics for his cough. All done within about 45 minutes. The cost was $660 for everything which is cheap considering he’s an exotic animal. The staff and Dr. Cashel were all very sweet and attentive. ❤️
Feb 15, 2025 · Katlyn VasiliadisOn last visit Lucky scheduled to have two injections by techs. However, Mr Lucky is a very smart fur baby the tech placed some goodies in front of him and she tried to give him the first injection well that didn't work she had to call in reinforcement she tried it again placing treats on the floor did not work. The two techs had to place him on the table in order for him to receive his two injections. Pretty smart Australian terrier. But he did get his shots. He's so smart . 🥰
