It has been a while since we had this vet out and I called today for an emergency as my alpaca is not doing well and she is dying. She refused to come out saying I had bad debt and to find another vet. I told them their records were incorrect and her office person billed me twice for the same service last time they were out and the office corrected it. Apparently they corrected it by writing it off and calling it bad debt. There is a shortage of livestock vets in the area and I can't find another one so it's sad that they don't care about my dying animal over because of their billing error. - Trish Jones
