★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1It took me awhile to write this review as I am still grieving, but I wanted to share my experience. For reference, this happened back in May of this year. My beloved dog started having health issues at the end of April, and after visiting a few other vet hospitals and not getting the answers I needed, I found this one. The staff here is amazing, and treated me and my dog with great care during a difficult time. After receiving confirmation that the best thing I could do was to humanely euthanize my dog, I broke down a few times and the staff was very understanding and comforting. My dog Boss was and is still very loved and very missed and we were blessed to have him the 13 years of his life. Dr. Salina’s is an amazing vet and her professionalism and compassion helped me through this difficult time. After we did a at home euthanasia for Boss, they sent me a sympathy card in the mail with notes from all the staff and it was truly appreciated. Even though this was a very sad experience for me and my family, I truly appreciate the compassion you showed me 💖💙 Including two of my favorite pics of my handsome boy, he is truly missed 💙💙
August 16 · J MccasterArlo got vaccinated at an outside clinic and woke up with a fever and a huge knot where he got the vaccines. They were very quick to get him in and made him and I very comfortable. Everyone in the office was friendly and explained things thoroughly. It was my first time visiting this vet clinic. I will be coming back.!
August 16 · Marnee ThompsonWayyyy above my expectations my fur babies are extremely happy here. I’m always greeted with a smile and they all take time to listen and give great feedback to all my concerns. If I could give 100 stars I would I’m definitely recommending Old Town to all my family and friends thanks so much for all you do!
July 05 · Tamara DysonWe saw Dr. Mundahl today & really liked her, the tech & our visit! My pit has had allergies that flare up now for several years. We just moved to Texas & found this clinic.Everyone was very friendly & didn’t seem to get frustrated that my dog has had some side effects to cytopoint or a brand of shampoo they recommend for allergies.Usually when she gets a flare up she gets a steroid to clear it up & they didn’t do that here. I honestly liked that.Even offered a snack pack to my 1 year old!
July 21 · Ashlyn MAlways glad to see the team at Old Town Vet. Dr. Salinas takes such good care of our baby! And she loves everybody there❣️🐕🐶. Thank y'all for being such professional and loving care givers to our fur babies!!!
