★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- I moved from Los Angeles, CA to Jefferson City and this vet was recommended to me by a coworker. The pricing is very reasonable and I love that they provide you with an estimate and are up front about pricing which is something I had not experienced with at any veterinary location in CA. At first appointment there with my dog the vet was very friendly, informative and both he and the vet tech took time to gain my dog's trust and get her comfortable. I'm very happy with the services here and each appointment since the first one has been great. They are patient and kind with any questions I have and are so helpful. October 31 · Rosina Labeaune
- They are very friendly. Not the outcome I wanted due to it being worse than I thought. But they helped and were very caring. Thank you all. August 01 · Cearra Dittman
- I took our pup to the clinic a week before his neutering - and he was a happy and comfortable camper with the attention he received. On his neutering day, we arrived early as requested. He's normally a very happy, and everyone is my friend personality. The person who walked out and put mail into the box, while we were still in our car, he was not comfortable with. He growled at her, and his hair stood up. I should have taken that as my cue and left. But I didn't, I walked in with him on his leash. This person behind the receptionist desk was rude to me, the pup growled at her again. At one point when she began asking me questions, and I stated I only wanted the dog neutered, he's up-to-date with all other things, she actually stood up and shouted at me to let her do her job! It was a horrible experience meeting her for the first time, and I should of again walked out, but didn't. When I heard a door slam, and looked in that direction, this woman grabbed my leash from my hand, and I was in shock! She told me not to expect this surgery to be over anytime soon, and the dog would probably have to stay the night. I stated that the vet told me it would only be a couple of hours and she said "not hardly"....you have to understand, I was just as afraid of my pups life being in the hands of this angry woman, as the pup was that he was being dragged away from me. Had I met her before this day, my animals would NEVER have gone there! Fortunately, she was not there when I arrived to pick up the pup - I made a verbal complaint, but I'm sure they have heard it more than this time. I do want to give a shout out to the two women and male who were there when I arrived to pick up the pup - they seemed to care and were courteous and professional. But your receptionist? - first letter of her name is A - I have heard she is the office manager? In my view, she needs to hide from the public, not customer service oriented at all. - I just moved to Linn, MO from FL. I came here with a dog that I wasn't sure was going to live much longer. My dog had issues from the time I arrived and reached out to ORVC right away to establish as a new client. Hilary Haslag was my Vet and I am just so grateful for the care that she and the rest of the staff showed my precious "Miss K". Some things you just can't fix and I had to make the decision to let her go. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Hilary and the staff for the compassion and love they showed. January 04 · Terry Bannan
- Absolutely AMAZING facility! They were so amazing to my puppy and treat her as if she was their own! They are extremely patient with me and all my questions and very knowledgeable! I couldn't ask for a better vet clinic! September 12 · Shelby K
