★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Compassionate Care and Clear CommunicationI can’t say enough good things about Paw Prints Animal Hospital. From the moment we walked in, the team was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about Lu’s wellbeing. They took the time to listen to all my concerns and answered every question thoroughly, which made a huge difference in my peace of mind. The vet performed an X-ray right away and provided a clear, accurate diagnosis. They explained Lu’s condition in a way I could understand and gave a detailed plan for her care, including follow-up visits and medications. I really appreciate how compassionate and patient everyone was, especially knowing how overwhelmed I was.If you’re looking for a veterinary clinic that treats both pets and owners with respect and kindness, Paw Prints Animal Hospital is the place to go. I’m so grateful we found them!Update⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I cannot thank Paw Prints Animal Hospital enough for the amazing care they gave my sweet Lu. After years of suffering and unanswered questions, they finally got her diagnosis right. Lu had surgery to remove 5 bladder stones. The staff were compassionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough every step of the way. They kept me updated, answered all my questions, and treated Lu like she was their own.She is still a little groggy from surgery, but she is doing so much better already. I am beyond grateful to this clinic for their expertise and for finally giving Lu the relief she has needed since she was a puppy. Paw Prints Animal Hospital truly goes above and beyond!
July 25 · Lisa BlackstoneI have to say I've been taking all of my cattle dogs and kits n kats to Paw Prints for many years. Around 3 years ago, Dr. Pickens came into the room and all I can say is how thankful I am. He has seen 3 of my pups several times and is an absolute gem. He's patient with them, and with me. Doesn't rush us at all. And he is very, very good with 2 of mine that can be not just a little bit anxious. Sometimes you just have to find the right doctor for you and your fur children. Couldn't be more grateful that he came on board with them. He's a keeper!
March 25 · vintagetleeI switched to Paw Prints Animal Hospital from my other vet hospital and couldn’t be happier. Not only are their prices fair and affordable, all the staff are so nice and attentive. Dr. Pickens is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, along with the vet technician, Penelope, who is also very kind and made me feel very comfortable the first time I went there. I brought a sick kitten in with eye troubles and they worked with me to exhaust all options to save her eyes/eyesight and it’s safe to say she will be able to see thanks to their help. All of the front staff are very easy to work with and if you have to work around your own schedule or switch times/dates they are very accommodating and will work with you.The waiting room is also very spacious, well air-conditioned and also a calming environment if you or your pet are nervous about being there. Overall, it’s a great vet hospital and I highly recommend taking your pet here!
July 22 · Della BullockAlways the best service and takes care of my baby boy.Just had 3 weeks of issues and they saved me so much money listening instead of running unnecessary test.Bloodwork quickly resolved his issues and meds prescribed. He has been good since. They even call to check on him after visit, I love that!
May 07 · Lisa Baynewe were taking our dog copper here.dr cousins said he may have lymphoma cancer. he put him on predizone and the lymphnode in his neck went away.he said the predizone can mask the cancer.well he wanted to keep him on the predizone anyway.so i took him back this morning for another blood test and after the test the doctor wouldnt even come in and talk to me.his asssistant said he would call me. hell with that.he couldnt take a few mimutes to speak to me about the predizone.another vet said my 3 year old dog was really young to have cancer.i liked dr cousins at first. after all the money i spent there and he didnt know what he was doing and wouldnt even. take 3 mins of his precious time to come in the room and speak to me about the medicine that he wanted to leave my dog on that he shouldnt have kept taking.if you take your dog here plz dont let dr cousins treat it.he a sorry excuse for a vet. all about the money and keeping dogs on meds. and no dr cousins did not tell me his schedule was full and there was NOTHING in his treatment records about any kind of cancer. he was treating him for a auto imune desease.now with that being said you cancer scare me about my dog and tell me to make an appointment which i do and you cant take a min to even step in the room and talk to me. no he should be ashamed to ignore people after you tell them there dog could have cancer.👌
